--debuted in the Golden Age, and appeared in All-Star Squadron.
--debuted prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths.
--was originally a DC/National character.
--has never appeared in their own title.
--wears a costume in some stories, but not others.
--wears a hat in some stories, but not others.
--is a part of a team.
--has never been a member of the Justice League nor Justice Society.
--is not Dr. Occult.
--is not from the future.
