I believe this to be a yes.
"...not having to believe in a thing to be interested in it and not having to explain a thing to appreciate the wonder of it."

Could your character, with appropriate clothing, pass for a 21st century human?

Could your character pass for a 21st century human with appropriate clothing and if his/her skin and eyes were colored like a human's?

Assuming your character appeared in the Postboot, was this Postboot appearance before LSH issue 80 or Legionnaires issue 37?

Hm, i'm stumped. Can't think of a Character appearing in the Post boot who fits.
Did your character appear prior to the 5 Year Gap in the Preboot?

Hm, i'm stumped. Can't think of a Character appearing in the Post boot who fits. I shall summarise my hints (mainly to see if I've made a "boner") Not a Legionnaire or a villain and best falls into supporting Cast category Not powered Is Male Did not appear in Adventure. Did appear in Postboot before LSH issue 80 or Legionnaires issue 37 (but bear in mind length of time it took me to track that down. Blink and you'd miss it in that range of comics.) Would not pass as a 21st century human with appropriate clothing and if his/her skin and eyes were colored like a human's Did your character appear prior to the 5 Year Gap in the Preboot? Yes they did.

Ah, maybe it was a cameo... I didn't mean to say that the character didn't appear at all, just that I couldn't think of a character.
In the Postboot, did this character make an appearance on his own homeworld?

No problem. I took it just the way you intended. Frankly, I'm a bit dubious it's even a real cameo having looked at it. But I suppose... In the Postboot, did this character make an appearance on his own homeworld? I'm not sure if this character has ever appeared on their homeworld. In the postboot appearance this character appeared where you'd expect them to appear, if that's any help.

Yay! That's the one. I hadn't realised he'd made so few appearances. How can a cigar smoking horse that runs a spaceport be so marginalised. Madness In the postboot panel, and it may have just been a single panel with White Triangle people around him, he may have lacked the full horse body, so I'm not convinced it was really him. As the spokesperson for Horses in Legion Continuity, these things are important O'er to you Ibbster!

Aha! Yes, I recalled his "cameo" in LSH 71, with a horse-like being floating around dead - he was dressed like H'rnath. But because he was dead, well, it's kind of hard to say that it was him.
I am thinking of a Legion character...

Even dead I'd expect him to hustle someone into buying a new spacecraft Is your character super powered?

Is your character related to a Legionnaire?
