So, I'm thinking it's time to do some Infectious Casting again...
We need a cute, spunky girl. Not traditionally beautiful, more of that odd/pretty. The type you'd find in a weird editorial in Vogue. A model. She should also be flambouyant but geeky.
As I came up with this description, I thought of Shandi, from Season 2 of America's Next Top Model.
I think she'd be perfect!

THE INFECTIOUS LASS OF EARTH-2?!!?
Could it be that the Drura currently appearing in TALES OF THE UNEXPECTED is actually the Infectious Lass of Earth-2?
How else do we explain this Dru's claims of being a member of the LSH who was later busted down to Subs status?
This doesn't jive with actual published IL continuity, which states without question that Dru was a longtime LSH reject who finally won LSH Sub-Status, not becoming an actual member of the LSH until the 5-year Gap (per the 2995 LSH Sourcebook written by Tom and Mary Bierbaum).
Or perhaps the IL appearing in TotU is some sort of time-traveling Durlan spy or robot duplicate with a faulty memory bank?

THE MYSTERY SOLVED!
ACTION 862 apparently solves the mystery about how/why Drura was able to appearin the DR. 13 story in TotU.
It was the former Absorbancy Boy, Earth Man, who dumped her into the timestream in some unexplained fashion.
So this is not the Infectious Lass of Earth-2 as I speculated above, but the original IL of S/LSH 201 and 218.But apparently NOT the IL of the 5 years Later era, an era that is apparently totally separate from the "Lightning Saga"/Pre-Crisis LSH history.
What does this mean for Dru? Hopefully Superman will be getting her back home soon!
