A LEGION revamp and new writer/artist loom on the horizon... one must wonder... will INFECTIOUS LASS be included?

I can't believe I missed this thread before! I love Drura! I picked up the Substitue Legion special the other day for real cheap...and although it wasn't the level of comedy I expected, seeing Drura again made my day! She didn't do much, but made my day.
With her unique looks and powers, I'm in awe that none of the reboot creative teams though Infectious Lass would make a great addition to the Legion's diverse cast. Even a supporting role, possibly as a med student?
Bring back Drura!

Yay, Future! Welcome to the growing ranks of the Legion of Drura Lovers!
I try to bump this thread up ocassionally in hopes that other Infectious Lass fans will spot it, as you just did.
I agree that Infectious Lass is bursting with potential. Perhaps Mark Waid will use her; one can always hope.
Meanwhile, Eryk and I are making use of the post-boot Infectious Lass (as well as post-boot versions of many other neglected LSH minor characters) over in our MATTER-EATER LAD: The Series thread, currently on issue 9! This thread is in the BITS OF LEGIONNAIRE BUSINESS forum.
Things post-boot Drura has accomplished thus far:
Defeated (along with Calorie Queen) super-militant female-supremacist Thora of Taltar.
She has become Queen of Tartarus upon Evillo's defeat.
She has formed her own super-team, The Heroes of Tartarus (or HOTties).
It has also been established that Drura did try out for LSH membership post-boot (probably in LEGIONNAIRES 43-- she's on the cover) and was rejected.

Silly Legionnaires... Zoe must've been *jealous*!
And they picked *Cannus* for the 'finals' over DRURA!?
You guys should write an extended flashback about her tryout... and how she felt afterwards.

Thanks for the idea, Todd-- I'll run that past Eryk for a future "Spotlight on Infectious Lass" issue of MEL:TS!

Tomb was the ultra-creepy looking dude from the Showcase story with Andromeda and Apparition and the first postboot Legion academy. His species has the power to control the bodily functions of other races!

Remember when she went on a date with Porcupine Pete?! What a great gal to go on a pity date with her befuddled team-mate! She obviously could pull in the good looking guys, like Jaques, Brin, Cos and the rest!
Maybe you guys could work a Drura/Ambush Bug/Tenzil scene into Matter-Eater Lad: the Series down the road?!

Drura does not put looks first! In fact, I believe that she puts weirdness first. Look it over. Think it over.

I dunno Dean, there's really only 3 to review:
Quake Kid, Pete & Jacques--
And I think Pete & Drura might have had mutual crushes on each other, but could only be friends due to Pete's prickly situation.

Well, ultimately, she chose Jacques, who is very handsome, so I suppose that's the bottom line. I guess I was just thinking that Pete was so weird looking, he made a big impact. I've always figured Drura was immune to Pete's ...prickles. This amazed him, since most girls would be repulsed by that. So he was able to overlook some of the gross aspects of Drura's powers. Didn't work out, though, I guess.

Pete & Drura could have been a nice couple... maybe he could have found a way to shed his quills for a few hours at a time.

I don't think I like Drura with Pete for some reason. I like the idea of her being with someone like Cosmic Boy or Jacques.
