If someone threw your character, naked, from an airplane at 10,000 feet above Rio De Janeiro, would they likely survive? Hmm... I'm going to give that a "yes", though one might argue that it is more accurately a qualified "no". Is your character a villain? Yes. If your character was given the choice between dating Nightwing or Starfire, would they pick Dick? To my knowledge, the character's preferences in that regard have ever been revealed.

--Has powers, which are not magical in nature/origin.
--Has never bathed in a Lazarus Pit.
--Has had a physical altercation with a character named Robin.
--Has never fought the JSA.
--Is not a member of a team.
--Has never been a member of Congress.
--Has been somewhere other than Earth.
--Has never met a god.
--Would likely survive being thrown naked from an airplane 10,000 feet over Rio de Janeiro, though one should qualify this answer.
--Would be vulnerable to being stabbed by a switchblade wielded by an insane Lois Lane.
--Has never revealed whether he would prefer dating Stafire or Nightwing.
