We don't have a general thread on this? Two month event, all issues done in advance, replacing all DC's usual titles while they move coasts. A weekly "core" book, and 40 two-shots, featuring multiple "old" DC realities crammed into a Secret Wars-type scenario courtesy of some version of Brainiac, but - with 30/40 titles announced - the central versions falling into four clear categories: 1) Immediate pre-Flashpoint versions, One Year Later. Includes Wally & kids "Speed Force" book, Superman & pregnant Lois, and a "Titans" book that I swear is just designed to troll Sarcasm Kid 2) Circa Zero Hour versions, heavy on the Super-books. 3) Circa Crisis on Infinite Earths versions, including the Superboy & the LSH book there's a thread in the LSH forum about. 4) Unannounced, but pretty much has to be Golden/Silver Age characters.

The other conceit is that each of them comes into contact/conflict with an Elseworlds reality (Kingdom Come/Tangent/Flashpoint/Red Rain/etc).

KOLE IS INCLUDED IN THE NEW TEEN TITANS BOOK OH MY GOSH!! I might pick this up JUST because she's in it! Not that I'm expecting much, but she's a major favorite. I'm certainly finding it more interesting than the Legion one. I read that each "week" will feature heroes from a decade earlier, so the unannounced set will probably be 70's and maybe some 60's heroes.

This is gearing up to be as exciting as reading people on Facebook comment on political issues.

Oh ha ha ha... You're right though. I had no idea how to respond to the Titans thing. Only that, well, I'll put it this way. It was five years ago DC killed Lian and we got Rise of Arsenal. Which was also when I was dealing with my second college semester and my familial hoopla. Five years later I'm out of college and the familial stuff has kind of died down, and now they tease another Roy and dead Lian based story. Jebus.

Let's just hope they remember two important rules: 106. [No] weapon proficiency in cat. 190. [Dual] wielding small animals is strictly forbidden.

This is gearing up to be as exciting as reading people on Facebook comment on political issues. LOL I feel pretty much the same way, but I'll still get at least the first issues of the Marv Wolfman/Nicola Scott New Teen Titans, the Len Wein/Kelley Jones Swamp Thing, and the Fabian Nicieza/ChrisCross JLA.

Yeah, a little voice in the back of my head is telling me not to get too excited because: a) it's temporary, most likely b) it's present-day DC Still, it will be good to have these old faves back, at least for a while. Assuming they act in character and all.

I'm actually surprised they went with the Bat-Robin costume.
And I'm REALLY worried about what Scott Lobdell might do with Ted Kord (for the sake of a friend who loves Ted).
Although I will say it is so nice to see a version of Lyta Hall that hasn't been torn apart by the universe... God willing.

According to the Convergence solicits, the event is focusing on Elseworlds and Imaginary Stories as well. I specify Elseworlds because the Generations timeline is going to be fighting the Superman Red & Blue timeline.

I must admit that this latest issue of Justice League United has finally wet my appetite for Legion's appearance in Convergence. http://www.newsarama.com/23230-dc-s-april-2015-solicits-convergence-week-3.htmlI have this feeling that with all the trouble Lemire has taken in JLU #8 to reintroduce the Legion, that maybe a new Legion series is finally on the horizon... Perhaps JLU and Convergence hold the key. I love that the Legion's headquarters is pictured on the cover of the April issue. Whatever happened to that building?

I wondered about that. I didn't remember Legion headquarters getting destroyed in Levitz's classic run. Still, it was very odd to go back to a replica of the original building in Geoff Johns arcs and thereafter when the Legion had a much better building. That's one thing I'd have thought Levitz would have changed in his most recent run of things. Maybe Convergence will bring about that change.
