I think that page might have malware. I went to it and it just tried to download something onto my computer.

Bummer. I only viewed it on my iPad, so I didn't know there was a problem.

I, for one, am always glad to see an appearance by Colossal Lad!

It also introduces the exciting new Legionnaire, Colossal Lad...
Clearly the villain of the issue will be that DC main-stay, Bad Editor. He's a worse panel-hog than Brainiac 5.

That was one little Easter egg I was saving for you guys to find. My jaw dropped when I saw they got Colossal Boy's name wrong on the roll call.
I also was bummed to see White Witch listed in the roll call. While I love Mysa as the White Witch, I had hoped they'd keep her Black Witch self in continuity so we could have an epic Mordru returns storyline someday down the road.

Well this was a more Legion focused issue.
XS is back! Not sure why Quislet was in roll call since he didn't appear in this issue. Can anyone identify a couple of extra Legionnaies in the story? One could possibly be.....Ferro Lad????
This is the Retroboot Legion, but with changes.... Dream Girl is acting Legion Leader. Star Boy is definitely still alive. The way the story is presented, it would appear if this is picking up the future as portrayed in Legion Lost #10 (You might want to pull out that back issue to read as a future companion to this one) and bypassing Levitz's New 52 run...

XS! That makes me happy. And Dream Girl as leader is great.

And a few more i didn't recognize Andromeda? Monstress and XS too? For those of us tired of the original, reboot, 3-boot and post-boot Legions we now have the composite Legion. Yay! Best possible outcome. Unless it turns out to be a 'goodbye gift' from DC to the Legion fans, in which case change 'yay' to boo!!

Chameleon Girl Gates Tellus Wildfire That's quite a Legion roster. It's the Retroboot Legion at the core plus everyone else! Thanks for filling in the missing links. I didn't recognize the Reboot and Threeboot Legionnaires because I've only read and collected the Original and Retroboot Legion runs.

So at this point I think we can safely dump continuity up to this point and just go with it, as the Amalgam Legion here can't possibly match up to anything that's come before. I'm curious as to whether it was Lemire or the artist who added all the extra Legionnaires, considering they weren't in the roll call.

Yeah, as Lemire himself said, he's not trying to give us any particular continuity, but just a vaguely "classic" Legion, which appears to now involve throwing everyone and Kitchen-Sink Lad into the mix.
My guess is that whenever we get a new Legion title, it will be a wholly new continuity, and none of this will matter.

It's like a reboot of the Retroboot Legion only with a different outcome from Lo3W joining the teams together. Perhaps this is what Geoff Johns should have done at the end of Lo3W to make the new Legion more palatable to all Legion fans instead of only adding Gates and XS to the Retroboot team. Is this what "Convergence" will ultimately bring about?
Still, there is still some continuity wiggle room left between Levitz's last run and Lemire's arc if DC editors decide to go for it. I for one will be interested in seeing how this storyline finally plays out. It is interesting that Lemire decided to use DeFalco's Legion Lost series as being in continuity with his tale while casting Levitz's series aside. Perhaps the Lemire/DeFalco Legion is the real New 52 Legion after all...

The pedantic continuity freak in me wants an explanation but the fanboy just goes yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I guess all of the reboot Legionnaires we've seen could be simply new Legionnaires recruited during this crisis, Danielle was already in continuity and Ferro could be Douglas Nolan.
Still no Night Girl though. I will not be satisfied until we see Night Girl.

Thinking this through a little. DC might have a deliberate plan to include ALL Legionnaires so fans of the reboot can't say well I'm not buying this Legion because Kinetix isn't in it or whatever. Perhaps we will see Kent Shakespeare, Kono and co next.

No Comet Queen, Glorith, Chemical Kid, Harmonia or Dragonwing though?
Legion Worlds NINE - wait, there's even more ongoing amazing adventures? Yup, and you'll only find them in the Bits o' Legionnaire Business Forum.
