I also like Porky also. I also like Bugs, Daffy, and Elmer Fudd a lot.

I'm not terribly fond of Yosemite Sam or Tasmanian Devil, because they're both loud.

I find Bugs Bunny extremely likable, unlike Mickey Mouse whom I simply find a tad boring.

Mickey Mouse is more than a tad boring. I've never understood the appeal of that character.

I've never particularly cared for duck meat, though I do really enjoy turkey.

Turkey is very rare here. Peking duck is the most common duck dish. Chicken is ubiquitous.

The Ubiquitous Chip is the name of a decent restaurant round these parts.

My cousin really likes fish and chips. One of the few dishes he will eat.

Fish and chips are superb. I could eat them any time.

Not too long ago, a New England-style restaurant opened in Houston called Maine-ly Sandwiches. For this Massachusetts native, it had been too long! I went there last month with a friend who is originally from Connecticut. We both had fried clams (with the bellies, thank you), served, of course, with tartar sauce.

Sandwiches have yet to gain a big following here. Typical meal is rice, even for breakfast

If only Kirby wasn't so far from Missouri City, I would defintely check out Maine-ly Sandwiches when I get the chance, Rocky.

If we could teleport, that would take care of a lot of issues. Someone needs to work on that!

How long before:-

- evil government adjusts the minds of those going through
- evil leaders turns everyone into copies of themselves.
- it doesn't seem to work, but your duplicate now takes over your life at the other end. Or is it the other way round?
- disgruntled aircraft/ airport workers destroy teleporters.
- Thanangar invades

Hey, it's better that I warn you, rather than have to explain to the blob of protoplasm from the Philippines that there was a sunspot, and that he'll get used to being carried around in a bucket. smile

Hey, if you had wished that Ibby it could have been on the nasty genie thread smile

The nasty genie thread is a tad too depressing for me. I don't really enjoy reading all the possible ways I can die tongue
