30. WOW-- I'm also into both of these covers, MUCHLY. Forced to choose, I'll give it by a hair to SUSPENSE, because of all the extra junk going on in the cover boxes reminds me of 100 Page Spectaculars and ADVENTURE 300 and junk.
31. STAR-SPANGLED COMICS, because the Newsboy Legion rocks. Plus the ALL-FLASH cover lacks... drama? Bright coloring? I dunno, it isn't bad but it doesn't win for me.
