It was brined, brushed with melted better and put into a roasting bag with parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, leeks, carrots, celery, and parsnips. It was roasted breast-side down. This will be repeated for Christmas. The only character in all of literature who has been described as "badnass" while using the phrase "vile miscreant."
