Hello everyone.

My friends and I are putting together a Legion of Super-Heroes online RPG and we're hoping to find a few folks interested in taking on a Legionnaire or too for the expressed purposes of RPing the Legion. The game is loosely based on 2008-2010 WB Animated Cartoon 'The Legion of Super-Heroes in the 31st Century' but we will also be drawing on background from the first Legion Reboot era. At this time we have players for Brainiac-5, Phantom Girl, Supergirl and tentatively Cosmic Boy. We are hoping to find folks interested in taking on Bouncing Boy, Lightning Lad, Saturn Girl, Timberwolf and the other many fine members of the legion of Super heroes. The game is an AU which means 'alternate universe' and is meant to be a sort of 'season three' take on the original Legion Animated Series.

The site can be accessed here (We are still building it out, so the actual rules, location and library section are not functional at this time, but we do have a nice start on Legionnaires contained in the profiles looking for adoption, and we will be adding more profiles (Shells) over the next two weeks.

Almost all the characters are open, and we have more base profiles coming (which adopts will personalize - we're just providing the basics to help people get started).

P.S. Our site is home-brewed, meaning that it is not an invisionFreeboard or a jLink site or a yahoo board, etc. Its something we've built and are building out from scratch. When we get the system completed, we hope to share it with others who would also like a place to create their own games that will be advertising free and designed specifically for roleplaying. Some of the features we've built specifically for the site is a unified login system so you can post all your characters from one account without need to switch from one character to another and an automated tagging system to ensure that people get tagged (even if they are only mentioned in a post) so that people don't have to try to write lots of extra tags and stuff like that. We have also created an app to make characters so that you don't have to mess with formatting code, etc. Likewise we've also built an image hosting service so you can post images directly to the site and a whole lot more. And we've done all of this with the express purpose of trying to build the most immersive gaming experience we can imagine and to demonstrate our intention that we plan to be around for a long time and we hope some of you will choose to join us for a run exciting run.

Looks good. I'm not sure on the necessary requirements, but at some point there's the Universe Monitor on the LW MB homepage with Legion links that it could be added to.

Thanks for the kind words, it was my friend Tim who wanted to do this, make a DC Legion RP based on the iconic cartoon. We're both having fun with it and hope to be in active play within the two or so weeks which should give anyone who joins more then enough time to build a solid character that we personally hope they'll have fun with for years and years to come.

To those following this thread and have any interest in what we are doing over at http://legion-of-super-heroes.hirospot.com, i'm happy to say the I have fixed the problem with the membership application page. Having someone outside of us applied helped a lot to expose a few bugs that were easily fixed, so thanks to everyone for the help with that.

Now, with that said, we're hoping to get a few more folks, i personally hope to see a Timberwolf join as I love the character. I also hope we'll get an Invisible kid too or Chemical King because they too are also equally awesome. Actually, all the members of the Legion are pretty awesome.
