Yes.
Recap:
- not Kinetix - female - could not pass for a 21st century human even with appropriate clothing, body paint on all exposed skin, a wig and contact lenses - skin colour is not normally found on a 21st century human - not from a Legionnaire homeworld - not entirely non-humanoid - not a villain - has two arms - not an anthropomorphic version of an Earth animal - did not appear Preboot - appeared in the Reboot

Let's see if some of the success of "I'm Thinking of a DCU Character" will rub off on this thread Clue: this character is a doctor of some sort. I am reading, I just wouldn't have the faintest idea even if I tripped over the character.
- Was her opinion required for a specific Legionnaire ailment?

For me, it's just my postboot knowledge has some largish gaps. Come to think of it, apart from the Archive thread I'm getting a bit rusty.
Was the ailment related to a Daxamite?

I'm the same with the Preboot. Broad strokes, not details.
No, nothing related to the Daxamites

The consultant was called in twice, in one appearance the condition was strictly not mental. In the second one, the condition was not mental but had some mental effects.

Is it that doctor who offered to sculpt Ferro's features into a handsome face but he wouldn't be able to change back to human?

You got it! It is indeed that doctor, Dr. Mollie D'enum (I can't find her name online so I probably misspelled it). She would appear again in Legionnaires 76 to help build Wildfire's suit.
Over to you, EDE!

Much less the obscure character who treated him On the flip side, a Reboot mind would struggle to guess the likes of Myron Marks, Queeg, Ambassador Jeryl, Janice Warren, Iresa or Spaceopoly Lad
