The other Arctic Circle countries are quite annoyed that Norway was top of mind. "We're just as cold and northerly!" they said.

Not any of those three.

I have to confess, the Arctic circle comment was a red herring. But the correct answer has some similarities to many countries in the Arctic

Nope. Hint: don't take "chilly reception" too literally.

It depends on how you count Greenland. Technically Greenland is still part of Denmark (as Greenland isn't a fully independent sovereign state), making Denmark an Arctic country!

But anywho...

neither Australia (of which Taz is a native) nor Switzerland.

I thought that Tasmanian Devil would come from...well Tasmania.

Tasmania is my next guess then, the big furry impostor!

Similarly, Tasmania is part of Australia and not an independent country tongue

So not Tasmania, nor Argentina.

Clue:

It's not a terribly obscure country.

Australians often get a chilly reception in New Zealand so I'll guess there.

And Blacula swoops in to steal the win!

Taz did indeed get a chilly reception in NZ, only to win them over after he defended his "handler" from Phobia.

(In any case, Australians will almost always be assured a warm welcome in the Philippines wink We love sexy Aussie accents here. Just ask Blaze... :p)

over to you Blacula!

Local knowledge for the win.

Q: The final issue of Adventure Comics featured a cover that was somewhat of a celebration of the series' long history. Please name the 33 characters that appear on the *front* cover of this comic.

(Note: The issue has a wraparound cover and features many more characters on the back, but since we'd be here all month if I included them, I'm just asking about the front cover.)
