Good guess, but no.
And, BTW, the villain used different code names for different generations. I'm looking for his birth name.

No. This was a one-time-only villain.

I've read this one...but memory cell...it's just like that Shark one I remember the villain beating Wally West and smugly revealing his identity not realising that everyone already knew it. The villain changed as well, as he faced different Flashes. In this case changed means becomes more unhinged. Nope, typing isn't bringing back a name at all. Even a birth name, now I've noticed your other post. I keep thinking of Neutron from the Fatal Five, so I'll go with Mr Neutron.

Not Neutron. But I will give you all one of his code names: Atom Smasher.

Another of his code names was Fusionn, but I'm looking for his real name. Here's a major clue: his initals are M.M.

D'Oh. Of course you were. And of course, I can only think of code names - Martian Manhunter, Mister Miracle...something nuclear... Mike Magnox!

No, but here's another clue:
"Blinded by the Light", "Do Wah Diddy", "The Mighty Quinn"...

Manfred, yes. Mann, no.
This clue should help you get it: it has to do with his first code name, Atom Smasher.

Here's my final clue:
Once someone gets the right answer, the others will FLIP that they didn't see it all along.
Again, the answer is in Manfred's first code name: Atom Smasher.

No. I'll be generous and give out one extra clue:
It's definitely not the REVERSE Flash.

Yes, so disappointed that it had to be expressed in the third person!
Wait, that's not my next question...

The second incarnation of the JLI went on a charm offensive. In which country did Tasmanian Devil meet a chilly reception?
