Wow! Magnolia came out with a Best of the Philippines line - 1) Ube Queso (two of your faves in one!) 2) Macapuno Langka (macapuno is a type of coconut with a nuttier taste) 3) Mangoes and Cream 4) Tsokolate Tablea (Filipino drinkable chocolate) 5) Macapuno Banana 6) Coffee Crumble Why, yes, one can get Magnolia Ice Cream in the USA! But I don't see the flavors you listed, Ibby. Maybe they've been "Americanized" here?

I guess I was just surprised that Klar knew the flavors by their local terms (ube, langka).
Probably the flavors I've listed haven't made it to the USA yet, Klar. I think they are recent releases and Magnolia is still testing the market.

I haven't heard of Seven-Up Candy Bars, but I'd like to try one. Sorry, out of production since the mid-70's. It was originally produced in the 1930's, before the 7Up lemon-lime soda was even thought of, so there was no copyright issue. But 7Up Bottling Company eventually, bought Pearsons, which made the candy bar, and closed the company down. 7Up candy bars were my go-to all-night study session food in college.
Next time we have a DC/Marvel crossover, I want it to take place in the Hostessverse

What food is the best for late night study sessions?

Caffeine is supposed to help make you focus, while alcohol helps you become creative.

So...lots and lots of caffeine and alcohol will make you...ow, I've fallen over. I'm too drunk to get back up, but the caffeine's stopping me from passing out...

Bacon, quickly! I don't know it will counteract both alcohol and caffeine, but at least it will give something tasty for thothkins to snack on!
