In a game of "trick the system," time would pretty much give you space so I'll go with time. I mean, I could be in S. America, travel a bit in time then be in Africa and answer both the last two questions. Or I could go far enough into the future and hop a bus to Mars. Unless picking time means I'd be restricted to a small geographical space in which case I'll take travel in time.
Would you rather people answer these questions with or without semantic gotchas?

Honestly, either is fine because the way someone answers helps us get to know them more. But if I had to pick, without.

Around here, wind kills. Lots of rain has its problems too, we just went through a big mess, but it's kind of fun to run around in. Rain.

Through activities. It's more relaxing than work and to an extent allows you to get to know them more.
