Jorj Zeddle was introduced well after the end of LOTO. Rocky hadn't dated anyone since he broke up with Lardy, except for a short fling with Hypno-Nips after Lash briefly turned him evil.

evil. i always found peebs a bit neutral ...
he was curious about humans, and had an odd protective attitude towards the legionnaires but, otherwise he just like the excitement of the adventures and these short lived creatures.
then he got all swept up in LoTO.

Then you would be hiding your evilness. But don't the best evil geniuses do that, so they can fool people and remain free to spread their evilness? I never thought of Peebz as evil either. Just used to doing things a different way. Now IB... After all the times Cobie called him pure of heart... Making him evil would be a radical change to say the least. Or one heck of a retcon!
