Wally Wood's "Misfits":
The 'girl' is a robot. The little blue guy is named 'Shag', which seems to imply a kind of inappropriate super-power.
Next time we have a DC/Marvel crossover, I want it to take place in the Hostessverse

"smoke-filled Greenwich Village nightclub" hmm? We all know what kind of smoke that was.... but would Peter Paul and Mary actually fight somebody? Or would they be uber violent.

What was Ebony? I imagine it was soem sort of elder god or demon that took it upon itself to safe guard Agatha Harkness rather than some cat she suped up.

The would threaten violence saying "If I Had a Hammer" then conduct a Cruel War before fleeing the crime scene by Leaving on a Jet Plane.

I actually know the answer to this because I'm friends with Noel "Paul" Stookey's daughter and have met him on several occasions and have stayed in their home a few times --- the answer is: he would NOT be violent, because he's a genuinely peaceful and lovely man...

Ooh, Ebony! He would totally be in my new Young Avengers (only belatedly letting anyone know that, A) he's still alive and B) he's always been one of those 'demon cat-people' that Tigra got her powers from, with the power to turn into a young man, that he rarely uses).
I would *totally* read the heck out of a Pantheon of Heroes book. My love for the Legion extends to knock-off groups like the Imperial Guard as well!
Angelfish is rocking that Mohawk/fin-thing.
Awesome Cockrum-esque outfits on Clone Boy and Gravity Girl and Aviatrix.
Sphinx and Shadowhawk and especially Butterfly Queen have great looks!
Golden Girl and Nature Boy are perhaps a little *too* much like Dreamy and Chemical King...

I see Mano sneaked in as Anti-Matter lad. You've got to hand it to the guy.

John Law may have died in Robinson's tale, but he became a supporting character in Nightwing.
I always thought he had a great costume, minus some of the leg pouches. Brown and black would easily disappear in shadows over say, Robin wearing a bright yellow cape.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!
Something pithy!

Or his yellow and purple thing before it was reworked in the '80s I feel for Wesley Dodds having to wear the same one. I know the gas mask and suit were cumbersome, and that comics had moved away from that kind of story, but still...
