I think Blacula's vote will save both Ralph and Zee? If so, then we'll lose two ladies and one guy, and two of those were in my top four too!

Well I think Black Canary certainly deserves it since she was Wonder Woman's replacement in the JLA reboot and has led both the JLA and the JSA and co-led the Birds of Prey AND has two lifetimes of kicknassery experience.

plus JLU Black Canary was balls out.

Vixen, was more of a shout out votes for me ... I think she's really cool and has some great stuff and surely deserves to be in the big League forever. but ... now it is time to get serious!

I loved Flamebird's comeback in that Titans Idol game. If only it hadn't been rigged for Kole.

What a suspenseful round this was! Almost all of us followed the action as it went down. And looking at the results, boy were things close for the bulk of characters!

Mamma Mia were things close! If Zee had tied with J'Onn, it would have been Zee going home instead! Wow, that 1 point sure made a difference!

Wow! Diana and Vixen had the least number of voters and the lowest number of points, but Martian Manhunter had the 2nd most voters (tied with Flash) but still went home! Actually, for many rounds J'Onn was on the most lists... but he just didn't have enough points!

Things are getting close though. Black Canary tops the list by a wide margin, thanks in large part to the return of razsolo, Xben and Future, all of whom gave her first place points. And Flash is proving a serious contender to the previous supremacy of Hawkwoman! Finally, Elongated Man and Zatanna both barely survived thanks to Blacula's final vote - will they manage to make it next round?

Several voters lost large portions of their list this round. Two lost 3, three lost 2, six lost 1, and four lost none. How will this affect the votes next round? Let's wait and see!

To be honest though, Kinetix wouldn't have won if several Preboot characters hadn't cannibalized each others' votes in the last few rounds. Zoe was also lucky that she had no Preboot counterpart, unlike several of her teammates who did and thus became more expendable in the eyes of voters.

Self note - remember to conveniently forget to count Blacula's and thothkins' votes next round, and not to PM them when I start the next Idol game

House Rules

1) Each round will last about 48 hours. I will try to end each round at the same time, but this won't always be possible because of work.

2) I'll vote at the start of every round to minimize bias on my part.

3) I don't actively encourage editing of votes; it's a smart tactic but may be unfair for those who don't get to log on as often. However, I won't disallow them either. I'll only tally votes at the end of each round (to make it easier on myself!). I'll post on this thread the minute I start tallying to alert everyone; votes that come in after that will be ignored.

4) In case of errors in the results, I'll post a correction immediately. If anyone's vote was affected by the error, that poster will be notified by PM immediately. If the poster cannot correct his/her votes before the end of the round, he/she will get a makeup point next round - a +15 bonus. This only applies to instances where I made the error, and not where the poster made an error.

5) Points will be given based on your ranking. The higher you rank a character on your list, the more points that character will get (e.g. Rank 1 gets 10 points, Rank 2 gets 9 points...) Point distributions will change per round.

6) Exception to the above will be the first 1-2 rounds of the game, which trim the list down considerably. Each vote will count as one point, and characters below a certain point threshold get eliminated.

7) Because several characters have the same code name, and because the list includes multiple realities, PLEASE SPECIFY which character you are voting for. I won't make assumptions for votes which don't identify the character clearly. Example, if you vote for:

1) Superman
2) Maya
3) Elongated Man
4) Green Lantern (Pre-Flashpoint)

I'll only count the votes for Maya and Elongated Man. I have no way of knowing if you're voting for JLU Superman vs. Pre Flashpoint Superman, or whether you're voting for Hal, Kyle, Guy or John.

I really kinda thought Martian Manhunter was going to stick it out over Zee and Ralph! Amazing!

Yeah, I thought J'Onn would be a lock for final three. But boy, the game continues to surprise.

I'd love for both Zee and Ralph to advance, but I think Dinah and Shayera are the ones to beat this round. So voting for Zee, Dinah and Shayera. I actually would be able to accept any of the current 5 winning the game though.

This is going to get bloody.

With J'Onn and Vixen gone, we're left with a Satellite-era only final five.

You know, I always considered J'Onn as part of the Satellite Era. Possibly because of the retcons where he never left Earth, and partly because he was a founder and present for the origin, and partly because he often took a mentor role to younger Leaguers. It was only until a few years back that I discovered he had been absent for a while!

With Diana gone as well, Ralph is the only Wild Card left in the game.
