Yeah, I think that's a later revelation, after the writers at DC apparently forgot where it was located! (That's why I specified "early appearances" in the question.

Oddly, the narration does say it's in "Eastern Europe", though the map shows it clearly in Western Europe. Bizarre!
After Infinite Crisis, the Teen Titans jumped forward one year. The team was in a major state of upheaval during that year, with over a dozen members coming and going.
Name all the Titans who were part of the team during that One Year Gap. This includes returning members, members who joined for the first time, and of course old members who were active during that time.
For clarity, the One Year Gap starts immediately after Infinite Crisis.
As is usual, please limit your guesses to the number of unguessed slots.
And many characters share the same code name, so in those cases please specify which version you are guessing!

Terra II's an interesting case. She was not included in Raven's picture collage, but she was definitely a Titan - she fell in battle against Black Adam. That always annoyed me. Instead of resolving her identity issues, they just had her be killed by the supposed "hero" Black Adam. and that is why I detest Black Adam to this day. His tantrums are so infuriating!
