no to 10) As I do watch quite a bit of it, although with less familiarity with the players at each one. 2) My favourite club doesn't often have too many players at the tournament, so there's not much to follow. Mainly I just want them not to get injured. This time was a little different, but they've nearly all handed in transfer requests since their world cup squads were announced.

Nope. My national team really isn't worth following. Besides, arrogant nationalistic chest thumping is very annoying.

Yay! Ibby has it. While there's plenty of entertainment to be had from a lot of teams, the ones I enjoy most are the ones where there's also a tactical battle going on, or a team with a certain style of play/tactic.
It party comes from being thrilled at seeing a 0-0 draw, while everyone around me was moaning. Partly it's seeing underdogs out think their opponents, leading to lots of upsets. Partly it's because some of those styles of play make for really interesting footy.
Over to you Ibster...

that's very interesting thothkins, and certainly beats blindly following the national team. Which team has been the best at tactics so far? I'll post a new Q soon

Nope, I have that. Charma's Postboot powerset really intrigued me. Oh, if only she hadn't gotten greedy, she could be enjoying a life of luxury...

E) Dirk Morgna breaks out of the hospitak and Kinetix becomes Legion leader for a day (LSH 81)
Seems unlikely to me, considering your fondness for Kinetix, but I thought I'd get it out of the way

B) Umbra recounts her origin and belief that the UP is an imperialistic entity (Legends of the Legion 3)
on the off chance that it's not part of the regular series.

It's not part of the series, but I picked it up on a whim. No regrets, although I wasn't too pleased at how single-minded and stubborn Tasmia was. E) Dirk Morgna breaks out of the hospitak and Kinetix becomes Legion leader for a day (LSH 81)
Seems unlikely to me, considering your fondness for Kinetix, but I thought I'd get it out of the way Yes, I'm fond of Kinetix, but I didn't start religiously collecting each issue as it came out until... Legion Lost! I've since gone back and filled in many of the gaps in my collection, but LSH 81 has never been one of those gaps I've filled. I've read the issue though, and I have to be fair - Kinetix made a terrible leader that issue. Over to you, Xben!

Well I never. It was the Kinetix one. That would have been the last one I chose. I mean, in a different way from all the other ones where I'm reduced to the last guess.

I have read the entire Postboot Legion run (main series) and several ancillary series and guest star appearances. But there are a little over a dozen issues which I don't own a physical copy of - I borrowed them from my aunt.

Wow, the longshot paid off!
Well, I celebrated my birthday recently, and as usual, I got a few graphic novel / comic gifts thrown into the mix, as well as some other presents (some bought for me, some bought with money / vouchers that were given to me)
So, this is a two part question - 1. Which present listed below did I almost buy with some birthday money, but in the end decided against it? 2. Which one did I receive from someone but I returned because I already own it?
a. Action Comics vol. 2 TPB - Bulletproof b. Astro City HC - Through Open Doors c. The Complete Peanuts Box Set - 1979-1980 & 1981-1982 d. Maus vol. 1 TPB e. Superman for all Seasons TPB f. Legion Lost - The Culling TPB g. Quantum Leap DVD box set h. Mission Impossible Season 4 on iTunes i. Spider-Man 1 on DVD j. Spider-Man 3 on DVD k. Peanut Butter M&M's (yum!)

you had to return Maus becuase you already own it and you almost bought the Complete Peanuts, but thought that you'd get a better deal if you waited for a sale.

No correct answers so far.
In addition to the information that you get from IB's clever guessing, I'll also say that I currently own Maus (Vol 1)

None correct, IB.
