That's all 5.

Phantom Girl is changed to a permanent phantom.
Matter-Eater Lad is turned to metal.
Light Lass is made super-heavy.
Colossal Boy is shrunk to tiny size.
Superboy is incapacitated by kryptonite.

Your turn, Ibby.

That cover remains very vivid in my mind. I was very young when I saw it, and boy was I worried about those Legionnaires. Next Q up in a bit!

Besides the Emerald Eye, three other magical artifacts played important roles in Kinetix's story.

One was used by her pregnant mother to heal Mysa, and had the side effect of "forging a link" between Mysa and an unborn Zoe.

One was used by Zoe to heal her dying mother.

And one was used by Mysa to take away Zoe's powers; and later, to restore them.

Name these three artifacts.

Blast, two of these I remember, the third I'm having trouble with.

I'm in the middle of a Levitz-era re-read (spurred by the revelation that Dawnstar's brothers were never even mentioned prior to Who's Who in the LSH), I may need to go to the post-boot to refresh my memory.

That's one of the ones I remembered. As long as we're going to do partial answers, one of the others was the Star of Akkos.

Yes, the Moon of Kol was the artifact she used to heal her mother. She was very proud of herself for learning the spell using an ancient book all on her own! She described it very poetically - "it can turn a droplet of love into a wellspring of health, once in a lifetime".

The Star of Akkos was the one that Mysa used to steal her powers; Zoe eventually threatened to use it against Mysa, who then made the star return her powers.

So we're missing the first artifact. Hint, its name is alliterative.

Another clue - the alliterating letter is S.

So we're looking for the S__________ of S______________.

CMK gets it! The last artifact is the Scepter of Sybolla.

Zoe's mom used the Scepter to heal Mysa; in doing so, she "forged a link" between Mysa and Zoe. It's possible that the Scepter also made it possible for Zoe to get her powers.

When Azra got poisoned, Zoe used the Moon of Kol to heal her.

And Mysa planted the Star of Akkos so it would drain Zoe of her powers. She then gave Zoe her powers back and used her to search for the Emerald Eye. When Mysa tried to punish Zoe for not finding the Eye, Zoe threatened to use the Star against Mysa. Azra forced Mysa to acknowledge her debt, and restore Zoe's powers and appearance.

Over to you CMK!

Aside from the titular Legionnaires 3 (i.e., the founders), which 3 active Legionnaires appeared in that mini-series?

Incorrect, and Lydda was not an active Legionnaire at the time.
