This character:
- male - not green - not blue - never been to Legion HQ - never met any version of Lyle Norg, but has met Ultra Boy - not related to a Legionnaire - did not use a code name or alias - does not have red, black, white or gray hair - has hair - appeared in a story of more than 10 pages - would be pierced by an arrow - is not a JLA descendant - has no fur - not Aven - could pass for a 21st century human wearing jeans and a t-shirt - not associated with government or law enforcement - no facial hair - not about the same age as a Legionnaire - is from Earth - no super powers, and cannot fly without a flight ring - did not first appear in the 30th/31st centuries - did not first appear in a series other than the Legion - did not appear at a Legion wedding ceremony - not shown using gadgets - not a villain - not employed by/care for by a villain - did not travel to the Legion's time - not a scientist - has a full complement of fingers, limbs and toes - not romantically involved with a Legionnaire - provided a service for a Legionnaire - first appeared during Team 20, but not before or during Final Night

If you mean the crossover of Legionnaires 47 and LSH 91, then no.
(See, this line of questioning IS effective :p)

During or after Genesis? (See, this line of questioning IS effective :p) In extremis [Seriously, nothing's leaping to mind, so having exhausted just about all the other reasonable questions, one has to resort to stuff like this!]

Not during or after Genesis :
I did check all the clues again and I didn't spot anything wrong. I'm sure you'll get this soon.

Okay, it just occurred to me - you're not counting LSH #92 are you? Because you know "Mr. Swan" is the Time Trapper, ja?

Do I? I don't KNOW that the Trapper masquerades as these people the Legionnaires meet instead of "creating" them from scratch

And just so everyone is on the same page, Reboot is correct. My character is LSH 92's Mr. Swan.

I can't find the cite just now, but I know it was said somewhere that "Mr. Swan" specifically, not the pocketversers in general, was the Trapper himself. It's why I mentally ruled him out *ages* ago!
Anyway, character Legion a of thinking am I.

Is it Harmonica Dadaesque?

Well, it would have taken ages to get around to guessing Who's Who. Better safe than being a grand piano selling parachutist, as the old saying goes. Does your character wear a costume?

I'll see if I can find the reference to Mr.Swan being the Trapper. It definitely wasn't mentioned in LSH 92 itself. Maybe LSH 105 or 108 would.
Did your character appear in the Preboot?

Does your character have super powers?
Re Mr. Swan as the Trapper -
In LSH 105, the Trapper says "I tested their multiculturalism. They passed." No other direct quote referring to LSH 92. Nothing in L*61 or LSH 108, either.

Ngh. I looked at those issues too and didn't see it...

Does your character have a symbol on their predominantly red, capeless costume?
