Whenever I see the abbreviation "LSH", I mentally pronounce it as "leash".

I can't look at any form of media-- tv, magazines, movies, etc... without casting the people I see as Legionnaires, or at least comparing them to Legionnaires.

I almost got a tatoo of Ultra Boy's symbol on my arm like he sports in v4 but punked out right before they did it.

The number 247 really stands out to me, and I almost consider it a lucky number.

The Legion Worlders who have come together in the City of Heroes game to play Legionnaires and other groups of characters, 'are' the Legion to me. For the most part we speak in character and intereact in character, and it is as close to 'being' the chars as I will ever get. It has come to mean a lot to me and feels very special to be a part of such a group of special friends.

I've bought six copies of "Superboy" 226, Dawnstar's debut issue, and thrown away four of them over the years. (Before I admitted to myself that I was a Legion fan.)
I keep one (VF-NM) bagged and boarded, and tore out the ads for X-Ray Specs, et al., in the other (VG).

One of the companies that we work with is called Lyon Sleeman Hoare, so when I'm doing booking in of documents from them they get abbreviated as LSH which always makes me smile.

Every time I have interviewed a candidate for a job, I have metioned Ultra Boy. Every person I've ever hired, knew what I was talking about. The others go on to meaningful and productive jobs.

Every time I'm in a meeting or class where I'm supposed to be paying attention or taking notes, I wind up doodling and drawing Legionnaires. Usually Dream Girl, Saturn Girl, Ultra Boy or Sun Boy.

I've got a couple of superhero rings (Green Lantern, X-Men, Aquaman, Legion) but Legion's the one that always starts up the most coversations. Plus, it helps when I need to fly

Ever since it was released, I've taken my Brainiac 5 action figure to every exam I take. He's my cheerleader.

when I first met Alan and we began seeing each other seriously he used to hide his comics in shoe boxes if I was due a visit as he was embarrassed and worried I'd not appreciate them.
Bless him everyday!

I really, really want a pair of Legion pajamas. I want 'em red with gold 'L's in black circles. And I want 'em now.

When I was around 10 to 12, I used to cast all my friends and classmates as Legionnaires. I also used to make the neighborhood kids play Legionnaire with me, either by pretending to be the Legionnaires ourselves, or by using GI Joes and Barbie dolls as the characters.
Now that I'm so much older and more mature, I just have 40 Legion figurines on my bedroom walls.

I did the same thing Jim. I was always Garth and the girl next door was always Imra. My little brother was Chuck since he was heavyset.
