The Legion Academy students are applying for the Legion again! Pick 5 Legionnaires to act as an objective panel and scrutinize their membership bids.

Duplicate Damsel - A consensus will eventually be reached.
Wildfire - As long as the candidate doesn't have wings and a boob window, he's as close to the Academy as anyone.
Bouncing Boy - With Lu, he runs the Academy and has shown plenty of good judgement. Assessed Atmos very well.
Element Lad - Consistent in leader/deputy roles and therefore knows what can be expected of any candidate. Solid and dependable judge of character (when he's not the Proginator)
Saturn Girl - She's a founder, and can determine if the candidate is a villainous impostor (hopefully by now). But she's really on the list so that she can bring in a candidate that no one has ever seen and who wears a mask.

So, the above* are off helping out RJ. With the Super Pets off on another vital mission to restore the galaxy's supply of kitty litter, it's unfortunate that Earth-C chooses that moment to shift its dimensional vibration. Now that it has merged with the Legion's Earth. Pick 5 other Legionnaires who will cope best with having been transformed into an animal to solve the crisis of Legion of Super Animals!

Chameleon Girl - she can just shapeshift out of it.

Sensor - she's already a naga/snake thingie!

Widlfire - I'm sure he'd love to get a physical body again. If he's even affected by all this.

Brainiac 5 - he was able to think while in a seed state (see the Legion 7), he can keep thinking while an animal

While Superboy, Mon-El, Chameleon Boy, and my above 5 are off doing their things, a mega rift has opened to the Lost Galaxy once again! And it looks like someone is trying to revive the Omniphagos. Pick 7 Legionnaires to go get lost again and stop the Omniphagos from coming back to life.
