Finally, an app I can get behind.
Beauty's where you find it. Not just where you bump and grind it.

Let's talk squat toilets. Some scientists say those are healthier because our bodies evolved to squat instead of to sit.

Welcome to smoke clogged Dystopolis. A shrill anguished alarm pierces the perpetual twilight like a lost soul.
Another shift begins at the factory. The workers trudge through the ominous iron gates, reluctantly entering another world. On time, but anxious of the queues, anxious of the unseen. Prepared for the pain, steeling themselves for the exhaustion.
Things could be worse. At least evolution has shaped them into coping with the new cubicle squatting arrangements. Something else else the management took no time to take advantage of. Twelve hours squatting is better than twelve hours sitting they say from the padded comfort of offices the workers will never see.

Standing from time to time is still better. A lot of articles now advocate taking breaks every few hours so you can walk around.

I tell people that as part of health and safety training. Take regular breaks to use those leg muscles. Unfortunately, it's not my part of things to remind staff of the electrified mesh surrounding them so they sit and work. It leads to some painful confusion

Er. Squats are good for firming up the butt too, if that's an issue. It was for me, one of my ex-girlfriends said she liked looking at that portion of my anatomy

Blaze doesn't make me firm up my butt more Says he likes it just the way it is.

I still do squats though. Very useful for strengthening the legs. They say working out the legs burns more calories post-workout than when you work out other muscle groups.
