I'm so out of touch with music these days that I recognize exactly one of those songs (though I suppose No. 8 is a cover of Deep Purple).
I'll pick the one I recognize:
3. Zombie by Cranberries

Don't worry HWW, I think most of that stuff is unrecognizable to poeple here (Its mostly Death Metal and Black Metal) Also, yup no. 8 is a cover of the Deep Purple song Finally, Zombie is on the disc so guess again!

Smoke on the Water by Six Feet Under is on the disk. I've been a fan of thier vocalist (Chris Barnes) since the early '90's It Turns to Rust by Kataklysm is on the disk. Katalysm have been one of my favorite bands since I first heard them in '02 or '03 and are Canadian to boot Spaceman by Bif Naked is also on disk. Not exactly in line with the other music here but she rocks pretty hard (plus despite her unconventional appearance, I find her hella hot!)

I, Caligvia by Ex Deo is a side project by the vocalist of Kataklysm that he calls "Epic Roman Metal" and by Jove it's a fitting name. I freaking love this song and it is on disk.
Keelhauled by Alestorm is in a genre called "Pirate Metal". I like the band and the song but I did NOT put it on the disk.
Your question HWW!

Exnihil: Novelty, if he had a power, the obvious one to me would of course be "The Power of Grayskull"

Veryl was the middle name of my granduncle. He fought in WWI and later died at 39 of appendicitis.
LeRoy was my father's middle name; David is my brother's.
Robert is the middle name of my ex-uncle. Though technically no longer a family member, he was for many years.
Michael is the middle name of my cousin's son (which makes him my first cousin once removed, I guess).
So, all of those guesses are incorrect.

Everett was my other granduncle who also fought in WWI.
Clair was my maternal grandfather's middle name; Ann is the middle name of my aunt.
Ethan is actually the first name of my first cousin once removed (the same little tyke whose middle name is Michael).
Your turn, Ibby.
