Yeah, if you like mud it is. Also, Portland now joins Wichita in KS as the only major U.S. city to (again!) eschew fluoridating its water. Let's hear it for making sure that poor kids grow up with rotten teeth! Woooo!  Seriously, I mostly love it here, but some days...

I wouldn't take eschewing fluoride as a sign that they want kids teeth to rot. At some point I think it's going to be banned altogether so Portland is just ahead of its time.
