a) architecture history b) biostatistics c) krav maga d) kickboxing e) life drawing f) jiu jitsu g) capoeira h) Urban economics i) contemporary dance j) research methods k) internet search engines

none of the above.
I have taken life drawing, recently, and before many years ago but ... not now.
A lot of my colleagues seem to be taking contemporary dance.
not kick boxing, although, to give you a hint, there is a kick boxing class in the room before my class.

YES! It is Jiu Jitsu ... I love it ... but I have so many bruises on me.
I'm doing it twice a week and am knackered the rest of the week from it. The first day I got hit in the head with a bottle.
I did go to a meeting recently about starting a research methods course.
your turn Xben!

Acting Bleak House Calculus Choir Dance Fiction Writing Workshop Film Production Japanese Art History Movement for Actors Philosophy Physics Scriptwriting Social Psychology Vectors, Matrices, & Vector Value Functions Actually, I studied all of these

Physics
PB, I figured it was Jiu Jitsu after your clue and saying my other answer was wrong. But I didn't think it was right for me to take two guesses in a row.

When I was registering for courses for the first semester of my last year, I was on line (literally on a line, not on a computer) for a "Vibrations and Waves" course, even though I had already fulfilled all my Math / Science requirements for my degree. I thought it'd be interesting. But it was a long line. And next to me was a very short line for Physics 101. Partly out of impatience, partly out of a desire to prove to myself I could do it, I hopped out of one line and onto the other, and signed up for the Physics class.
I did all right, but I decided afterwords I never wanted to work so hard doing anything so incidental to core interests again.
And of course, to do Physics, I had to also do or have done Calculus. Fortunately, I had taken that the previous year.

Did that too, just as a 101 class (like many of these things). I enjoyed it quite a bit, including doing a bunch of research on how people behave when they are romantically attracted to someone. Interesting how many experiments have been done out there on unsuspecting people who thought they were just randomly meeting some attractive person.
