Well, since nobody else is going to guess I'll give it to CMK.
I'm not sure (though it does seem likely) that Shikari called Kid Q II "Quantum Legion". But she started out calling her Brown Legion. (oh, how politically correct most of these nicknames are!)
Ultra Boy was Bold Legion, and Cosmic Boy was Founder Legion. Wildfire was also called a Wild Star once, but she later called him Wild Fire. I'm pretty sure she eventually began calling Brainiac 5 "Smart Legion".
