After consulting with Power Boy, I now ask you please hold off on any questions as to his past, his identity and why his membership was not put to a normal vote. His presence on Legion World is of vital importance. I vouch for this mysterious lad.
And should anyone use their penetra-vision on him, you'll be socked in the kisser.
