What about Alt Ids? Their rights have long been debated! Do we give the likes of Winema Wazzo or the Royal Inquisitor or Thora the same privileges that the rest of us enjoy?

So, how does that relate Super Lad Kid to me, the Security Chief? He already works for me as a Security Officer, does that make him my second in command at the Security Office?
BTW, where has Stoopid Cat been? Legion World is waiting for it's beloved deputy leader to make a statement on rumors of an alt ID rebellion!

Cobie, my best guess is that as LW Chief of Security you are roughly a combination of Director of the FBI, Director of the CIA, Director of Homeland Security & Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Super Lad Kid would be the equivalent of Condelica Rice.
He can certainly stay on as a member of the Security Office if he wishes (and continue drawing that pay as well) but it doesn't necessarily make him your deputy (unless you appoint him to that position)

I like the comparison of roles that I have as Security Chief. The equivalent is exactly the Director of the FBI, the CIA, Homeland Security and Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff! Nicely put!

I have twice as many boots to lick and twice as much coffee to make each day. I'm going to need my salary tripled to help accomodate my new positions. I will also need my pay continued during my frequent super-secret undercover missions to parts unknown. I believe I have the authority to authorize such a payraise, so - there I go.

Tsk tsk, SLK! I'm shocked & surprised at your pay raise request. I'm afraid I can't authorize it. It will have to be quadrupled at a minimum. And the 50th floor it is. Please make note of the tesseract through the secret panel in your private office. It takes you anywhere you need to go with no one being the wiser. It should be helpful in getting you to parts unknown for your super-secret undercover missions with no one noticing your absence.
