She's a minor, so I would change the champagne to sparkling water or Ginger Ale with a spalsh of Grenandine syrup (for effect)

The reason for my choice was:
Champagne is bubbly
Pink Grapefruit juice is a bit tart
Lori Morning is a bubbly tart.
Besides, we wouldn't be serving her, just our regular customers.
