Now that it's summer, I needed a project. So I had a floating outdoor pool added to the back of SHAKES. There's a great deck with umbrellas and lounge chairs, and a spectacular unobstructed view of Mount Eruptus. Come in your swimsuits (or none, if you prefer) and enjoy the sunshine and your favorite summer drink. (Please note that you must cover up inside SHAKES, but not at the pool). Enjoy.
I've also added new pool serving droids programmed with the life-guard protocol. Please welcome Spitz and Bitsy, each sporting a unique SHAKES glitter thong.

Love the idea, SemiSweets! We really needed a pool deck around LW for fun tropical nights of drinking. How about instead of SHAKES BAR and SWELL OUTDOOR POOL we call it SHAKES TAVERN and GRILLE YOURSELF BY OUR SWELL OUTDOOR POOL

I'd love to hang out and enjoy the scenery just don't expect me to get in the pool. Fat white man who can't swim. Hell for that matter PETA would probably be trying to push me into the pool thinking I had beached myself.

Everybody's welcome at the pool and you don't have to swim (few ever do). It's nice just to cool off in the water seated by the pool bar. How about a mango margarita?
