No Legion is complete without its founders, Garth!
And there's never been a Garth who didn't give an arm (if not a leg) for the Legion.
I salute you!

I'd love a half of cider please Semi, and am i right in thinking Jaques Brel wrote carousel? non? I'm not too familiar with his work to be honest but he was a musical writer wasn't he? I'll do a mean rendition of Cabaret right now, though I don't really have the legs to do a good Sally Bowles, sorry

Here's your half of cider, Harbinger. I'll set the other half aside for later. Absolutely, Brel did write Coursel. Look up the original broadway cast recording of Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris. Wonderful songs, wonderful singers. It would make a great addition to your already formidable repertoire. Cabaret would be a perfect way to start off the evening.

Billy Joel, Say Good-bye to Hollywood is a great song, not to mention his rendition of "New York State of Mind".

Piano Man is the classic, but he has a couple others that I love too. Some are a bit too somber for the good mood of SHAKES though! Maybe Belinda and I could do the duet to "Unforgettable" that we performed before, for old times sake . After that, I'll let her take center stage, I'd rather just have a Bass and listen in for a bit!

Here's your Bass, Cobie. But "Quiet Please, There's a Lady Onstage".
(That was Peter Allen's tribute to Judy Garland).

New York State of Mind by Billy Joel One of my favourite memories is of walking through Cenral Park in one of those glorious late September days, quite a few years ago now, with that playing in my headphones! For Semi and all the true romantics in the audience here goes, "some people like to getaway take a holiday from the neighbourhood..."

Oh I kinda did the remodelling in my spare time, with a little help here and there from Emerald Empress. The triple marine varnished authentic antique swinging saloon doors were all my idea. I've had them a long time.
