Funny you should mention that , Missy T, but the Ongoing LMBP Tag Team Thread has just been bumped up again. There's lots for you to read, but if you can't be bothered doing that then don't worry - there's a new chapter started today - take it in any direction you want to.

There are a few tag team threads in the Bits forum that chronicle a lot of these adventures. Other things happening 'in continuity' pretty much all happen here!

And on my next update, I'll add in that the ultra-hot Miss Terious has become the latest addition to the LMB!

Tag Team Continuity – As requested.

Part 1 – honest, it’s much better in longhand if you can trawl through it all.

Prior to what I have written out here, I can’t remember what was going on – but there were lots of people taking part.

Numf-El makes an appearance in the Tag Team Thread – good friend of Harbingers, and older brother of Sonnie Bloke.
Also son of Cobalt Kid, even though he’s older.
After helping to beat back the present baddies Numf decided to go back to his roots, by finding out about Golden Girl, his mum.
After learning how to use his Legion Flight ring, Numf and Harbi go across to Amsterdam, where they proceed to get shit-faced.

They are followed by Trixie the pixie, who is in the employ of Eddie-Tor. Trixie ends up making a hard core pornographic film with Sam Fox, Roger Moore and Dolly the sheep.

Harbi and Numf then head over to Aberdeen, Scatland, where they solve the disappearing rowie problem, meet Darth Vader and get beamed on board the Starship Enterprise. All on board the Enterprise, save Spock, have been scoffing the rowies, at 500 calories each, and have ended up as fat bastards.
Spock turns out to be Trixies father (sired with a circus trampoline artiste), and they have decided to steal the wessel to go and re-find the circus.

Darth, JTKirk, Harbi and Numf get plucked from the bridge by the biggest baddie of the lot – Darkseid.

It’s all been a conspiracy – on a Galactic scale.

Darkseid is Darths real dad, and has manufactured Numf-El, using DNA from Cobie, JTK, Darth, Supergirl etc. etc. etc. (mostly not disclosed) to one end – to bring him his bride.

Harbinger.

She falls for his puppy-dog eyes, and decides to stay.

Numf gets kicked back to Earth…..

Harbi gets pulled back to present time (for a party?) after spending 27 years with Darkseid, who was a perfect gentleman all this time. Boredom and lack of decent shoe shops almost did here head in - but she decided to pass the time by creating an orchestra and teaching Darkseids minions how to play brass instruments.

Numf got drunk a lot.

Part 2

Numf then decides he’s had enough of getting sand kicked in his face, so he’s going to renounce violence and the seven deadly sins. So he would go looking for sloths in the Andes, or something.

He got drunk again, so the boys decided to play a joke on him, and transported him, naked, in to a dumpster in a Central American town filled with zombies. With a flute up his bum.

There he met a young oriental woman, by the name of Kaant, and they escaped the zombies by promising to take them all for a drink later.

Kaant and Numf trudge through the Panamanian rain forest, where they get wet rather a lot.

There they meet fellow LMBers Rody the Super Rat and Homecoming Queen as well as Wayne Hussey, of The Mission fame.

Kaant turns out to be an officer in the Sour Grapes Gang, who have taken the Christian commandment not to put false idols before God to an extreme, and have set out to kill all animals who can talk, starting with the Banana Splits. To hide this heinous crime from the worlds press, George Dubya attacked Iraq………

Doctor Jeep got kicked out of the Sheraton for playing on and on…..

Everyone except Numf and Rody get captured by Kaant and the SGG, and held in a cave.

Numf and Rody, with the help of Speedy Gonzalez, Bugs Bunny and Marvin the Paranoid Martian manage to free them. Kaant goes missing in the process.

Part 3
(I think that you have to find the secret entrance hidden in the tag team thread to find this one – not for young eyes.)

They all fly back in Marvins Spaceship to Shameless Hussies bar, where there is a pole-dancing contest taking place. They’ve picked up the 247 zombies en-route.

Harbi is holding court on stage with her gyrations.

Rody goes to investigate something and ends up meeting Kaant sneaking out of Marvins spaceship. She turns into a dragon and hits Rody so hard that he flies through the nightclub doors and ends up embedded somewhere not very nice in Harbi.

The spirit of Space Tart, Cobalt Kids dead ex-girlfriend, takes over Homecoming Queen and extricates Rody. Harbi dies in the process, but is revised with powers stolen from Cobies future.

Kaant, red, shiny and the size of a London bus, decides to join in. Fighting ensues, with Shameless Hussies getting wrecked, and a number of LMBers being hurt. Kaant flies away.

Part 4.

See ongoing Onevision: Dragons.

Harbi gets forced to join the military to write off a $42,000,000 debt (and no, not from the local shoe shop).

Takes place after Cobalt Kids Onevision : The Price Of Security.

A few things that have happened (although as always, I'll be forgetting some).

-Flannel Lass aka snowsparkle returns to Legion World and begins posting a lot again!

-Glorith threatens Eryk Davis Ester. As Triumvir, he quickly assembles his armies.

-Hrun the Barbarian, a new barbarian invader comes to Legion World and begins causing havoc. Hrun begins his new stay by stealing as many items as he can get, and looting and pillaging Legion World.

-Faraway Lad has an affair with Glorith.

-SoM, Kent Shakespeare and others begin to question Faraway's conduct with Glorith. Faraway is hurt by this and any possibility of losing his life-long position as ambassador to Faraway lands. He assembles his army.

-Faraway contacts the triumvir Cobalt Kid to tell him about mobilizing his army. Since Far is a primus pilus in the armies of Cobalt Kid, Cobalt does nothing to curtail his activity and keeps a watchful eye.

-Hrun robs the magnificent statue of MLLASH of all the fine jewels embedded in it. Outrage ensues.

-Hrun begins worshipping the statue of the legendary poster known as Cobalt Kid like a religious idol.

-Seeing a way to defuse this situation, Cobalt calls upon Hrun and tells him that he will accept the worship of Hrun in the forms of the stolen jewels. Hrun gives them to him, and Cobalt gets them back for the statue (which was built on the money of Triumvir Eryk Davis Ester).

-Cobalt, who is known throughout the cosmos as a warrior and general and Hrun, who is equally known, become quick friends. However, Hrun still has the inclination to steal and enslave others.

-Varalent, who has the likeness of a senatorial rank on Legion World, invites Hrun to his Villa. Faraway Lad dispatches a squadron of Varangian Spearmen to serve and protect Varalent in anything he may need.

-Cobalt Kid eludes to a secret pact made months ago during the term of StuRat, between Faraway Lad, Stu and Cobalt. Somehow, a mission was done by Faraway Lad that resulted in his gaining the position of ambassador to faraway lands for life. This new bit of evidence ensures that Faraway cannot be fired from his position. The whole story of this mission can be found in Faraway Lad's Onevision, which is now being written in the Bits forum.

-Faraway Lad, Sanity or Madness and Kent Shakespeare all work out any kinks that were in their relationships, so the government can function normally again. Faraway demobilizes his armies. By now, EDE had also demobilized, as Glorith as dissapeared for the time being. Cobalt Kid's armies are still mobilized, although he now turned his attention to Hrun.

-Gina Robotgirl, a huge Ambush Bug and Cosmic Boy fan, joins Legion World and the LMB!

-Continued-

-While staying at Varalent's Villa, Hrun and Vee become quick friends. Vee is able to return all of the stolen items, by gaining them from Hrun.

-Bicycle Repair Man opens up a Bicycle Repair Shop. He asks that this not be a place with constant comings and goings. Naturally, everyone on Legion World showed up.

-Hrun opens up his Hall of Valhalla, inviting guests. He brings in a massive amount of slaves, wenches, bards and hordes of gold. Many are invited there, and some are specifically honored, including Arachne, Fat Cramer, Varalent and Cobalt Kid, who also brings in many of his top liuetenents.

-One night on Legion World became explicitly crazy: Rumors of gender-reversal germs continued to grow throught the grapevine, and the new influx of wenches and warriors brought worry of new STDs. Then, madness ensued.

Cobalt Kid somehow found himself in the body of Eryk Davis Ester. Previously, EDE once found himself in the body of Lard Lad--now it seemed an even deeper mystery began. EDE suddenly found himself with no body, and he was "The Spirit of EDE". The madness spread as Kid Prime became "Kid Prime in Lash's Body" and Pov became "Pov in Nightcrawler's body", where he was unable to stop bamfing around. Cobalt Kid next became "Cobalt in Faraway Lad's body" and Varalent, arriving on the scene, quickly became "Vee in Cobalt's body".

The madness raged on. Vee immediately went to SHAKES, were he and Semi threw a huge pool party. Using Cobalt's body, Vee made sure to have a blast. Pov continued to bamf uncontrollably. Cobalt suddenly ended up in the body of a brunette haired women he had never known, although it was very hot.

Kid Prime in Lash's body found this hysterical and made sure to get Space Tart on the scene. After a minute of awkardness, Space Tart and Kid Cobalt in ?'s Body (a girl) experimented in lesbian love.

While Space Tart was asleep, Cobalt suddenly changed into Outdoor Miner's body. Fearing she would freak out when awaking next to a large bug, he fled.

Finally, everyone was restored to their old bodies, although Cobalt's had gone threw the ringer so much under Vee's control, that he had to go to the sick-bay.

Then Outdoor Miner found himself in Lize Minelli's body.

-Continued-

-Lash found out what Hrun had did to his statue, and immediately wanted revenge. Dressing in only a loincloth, he challenged Hrun to a duel. All of Legion World prepared for...Lash unleashed!

-Lash and Hrun dueled, and somehow, Hrun managed to slip a mechanical collar on Lash's neck. Instantly, Lash was Hrun's slave! Hrun returned to his Hall of Valhalla with Lash as his slave. EDE and Cobalt looked on, unsure why Lash would submit so easily.

-Eventually, Lash had a moment of breaking control of the collar and yelled for help from EDE and Cobalt. Cobalt ripped off the collar and carried Lash safely away, leaving Eryk Davis Ester to fight Hrun alone.

-Hrun immediately put a collar on him, and captured him as his slave. Because of EDE's funny hat and good singing voice, Hrun made him his Bard.

-Lash seemed to get jealous of EDE and Hrun's new found relationship.

-EDE eventually said "Jeepers", summoning the luck-lord of Earth-4 that mysteriously serves him (see "Crisis on Earth-4!" in the Bits forum). The luck-lord freed him and he escaped--although not until after singing a few good ballads.

-Lash entered Hrun's Hall and the two embraced as old friends. They were on much better terms now. Cobalt called in a thousand wenches (male and female) to serve them all, and the party echoed throughout Hrun's hall, until carrying over to Vee's Villa.

-During all this madness, Quislet, Esq. contacted a bad case of gender-reversal germs and became Quiselette, Esq.

-Hrun and Cobalt went on a viking expedition with their armies. After, Cobalt, EDE and others offered Hrun membership to the LMB, as long as he did not continue his inclination toward slavery. He accepted. Other LMBers had become friends with him at this point, such as Future, Arachne, Fat Cramer and others.

-Continued (this is to about a week ago)-

(OK, this *should* wrap it up )

-Although Hrun was now an LMBer, he has proven to be more wild than Legion World expected. Recently, he has begun a large 'pussy hunt', attempting to capture various felines on Legion World. Stoopid Cat seems to be his primary target. It should be noted that Hrun and Fat Cramer have had a good relationship in the past.

-Hrun also damaged Cafe Cramer in this hunt, to Kent Shakespeare's chagrin. He also damaged SHAKES, although the Emerald Empress fixed it for Semi.

-Stoopid Cat continued to elude Hrun, although Queen Connie has returned especially concerned and ready to help her fellow feline. Jinx has also been spotted. Stoopid Cat has activated all his hidden terrasacts (when he was deputy), which had led to some funny moments when people (such as Kent and Cobalt) suddenly appear in his litter box.

-Legion World and the LMB welcomed the newest addition to their ranks, the fabulous and ultra-cute Miss Terious! Immediately, Miss Terious has made an impact, and has become a prominent poster.

-Wondering about such a large influx of Legion World ladies (Miss Terious, Infectuous Drura, Flannel Lass, etc.), EDE and others wondered if there would be another Revolt of the Girl Legion Worlders.

Quickly, Thora announced that she was willing to lead another one. While Pagan Lass and Arachne denounced this, Leap Year Lass and Miss Terious did not object to the idea...

-Recently, Thora seems very taken with Outdoor Miner's green bulbous eyes.

-Miss Terious has opened her Dreamataria, which has recieved rave reviews. She's also 'captured' Kent Shakespeare for his part in Hrun's 'pussy hunt'. Cobalt Kid has entered willingly

-There seems to be a new focus on the statue of the legendary poster known as Cobalt Kid. The Emerald Empress repaired it, Abin Quank and Sanity or Madness wrecked it again, Miss Terious commissioned a new one built, Abin and SoM wrecked that one, and now yet another is being built. At some point, a beautiful statue of Cobalt and Miss Terious was built, and may not exist somewhere in the core of Legion World.

-Stu began posting actively again, although rumours have abounded about his possibly switching to being gay! He has refused to give any direct comments...

-And the rumour mill continued as now it is believed Lash may be flirting with girls!

-Dr. Mayavale has announced he'd like Acolytes for unspeakable evil. The citizens of Legion World, many of whom have grown fond of the Dr., hope this evil does not happen.

-And most recently: Shady has returned to us! Shadowplay in Candlelight Lass, an LMB founder, has returned to the fold ! A statue has immediately been erected in her honor!

*Quick note to everyone who reads these: sometimes, it might seem that I remember things that I'm involved in more than everything else. Sorry! My poor memory can only take so much ! Always feel free to add in other stuff that I missed!*

I'm just amazed you can get any of this down at all. I never know what's going on around here but this thread helps. Do you recieve extra compensation for your unofficial role as LMB archivist or is it one of those parts of the Security budget that don't go through public review?

Now this is impressive. When I get time I'll go through and throw in a few notes from the first year or so of LMB history.

I've got something really cool planned when I find the time to get to it: I'm going to write "A Written History of the LMB" over in the Bits forum, that will go through the entire continuity from start to finish. I plan to not only straighten out everything that has happened to our characters, but to also present the history of who's come and gone in 'real life'. It should be cool, and something fun to do!

That'll be a hell of an undertaking Des. I'll look forward to it. I just wish we could have saved a few of the early story threads that got nuked on the L* board. If I'd known that one day those threads would be gone I would have saved a lot more stuff than I did. We were so young and innocent then... *sigh*

BTW, I still have a bunch of threads burned on a disk somewhere that never made it on to the LMB Archives site. I was working on it a bit before my computer blew up last year but I never even got close to finishing it.

Lou, you have no idea how excited I am after reading that last line!!! You still have some threads saved? Holy Shit! I've re-read every thread on the LMB Archives site at least three times in the last year--I can't get enough of reading those old threads! I'd love to see those threads! Are you going to be able to add more to the site?

You'll see that the continuity is fairly well ironed out. Some parts are still a little off, and a lot has been forgotten though. If you read through this thread, you'll find that as the pages go on, we gained a better idea of what happened when, as more people gave their input. I wish we saved *every* thread.

Ah, our early days...you'll see that I get nostalgic pretty often for those days. Which is why writing the written history should be such a blast! (Although I'm really going to have to wait until I have some free time).

I said a loooooong time ago (when I first left the LMB back in 2001) that I'd be back to finish the Archives one day and I do still intend to do so. It won't happen overnight, but it WILL happen sooner or later.

Heck I remember the LMB in 2001 (sort of) I'm going to have to read this entire thread now.

...but I missed out on the Legionnaires board, I didn't start until the Yahoo Group formed -heh heh- Greybird was such a loose cannon in those days, I just loved to read his posts.
