Bearclaw - a fried-dough pastry roughly in the shape of a bear's claw.
Yoo-Hoo - A nasty artificially chocolate-flavoured drink.
Ding-Dong - A chocolate-covered, creme-filled snack cake.
Yodel - Similar to a Ding-Dong (though made by a different company), but rolled like a small buche de noel.

Really? I'm always glad to answer a question. I more often get things like "Do you have a book I need for a school assignment that's due tomorrow?" It's a pleasure to answer questions about American junk food! And good evening to you, Brian!

Harper Lee would not approve (one of my all-time favourite books).

Here in Texas, we have a dark beer, Shiner Bock, which is not bad. Houston's own microbrew is St. Arnold's.
There are some other decent beers and ales around the US, Sam Adams and Fat Tire are probably the best known. "American beer is like having sex in a canoe" "Why?" "Because its F*@king near Water!" Thankyou folks...Im here all week.
Remember : It's not technically a suckerpunch if you yell ''DEFEND YOURSELF SPROCKER!'' two seconds before you let him have it.

I see the bar now has a stand up comedy night. And glad to see you're all serving yourselves and keeping the bar clean.

Well limited experience of American Beers but Sam Adams is good as is Harpoon. Anchor Steam is not too bad either. But almost all of these are lager's and not real beers. Give me a good Bitter or IPA any day. A nice porter on a cold night is good and some of the winter warmers go down nice.

What's your preference?

For drinking with water, it doesn't have to be anything fancy. Johnnie Walker will do.

I was at a Johnnie Walker sponsored tasting a while back. The rep explained the different regions of Scotland and the differences in the tastes of the malt whiskies together with that grain whisky stuff blends to make JW Red, Black, Gold, Blue, and Green.
Granted he didn't let us taste any of the blue or green.
