That sounds good to me! I've never had Crown Royal (I think), I'll have to give it a try...

I don't know, but anything with tequila is ok with me!

OK, here's what I found on "Cocktail Times":

Tequila Mockingbird
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Creme de Menthe (white)
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Shake both the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Finish with a dash of bigotry and mob mentality. (Recipe courtesy of Harper Lee.)

SHAKES literary discussion group meets on Tuesdays by the fireplace. That brings up a good question did Harper Lee write To Kill a Mockingbird, or did someone else, such as Truman Capote pen the novel?

I think a delicious Truman Compote would be just the dessert to enjoy whilst discussing the issue.

In the meantime, I feel like a beer... maybe an Anchor Steam...

I find it interesting that Harper Lee never wrote another book before or since. "To Kill a Mockingbird" is an amazing read no matter how times you read it (and one helluva an amazing movie too IMO).

I think I'll have a bourbon and soda to get the day started too...

All those drinks coming right up. And Cobie, that's why there has been so much speculation that Harper Lee didn't write To Kill a Mockingbird. Nevertheless, to me, it is the "Great American Novel."

Well hell, line me up some tequilas and some double dark and dirties. I'll throw a few tunes on the jukebox and we'll see if anyone shows.
