What's in a pumpkin margarita? It sounds awfully good, and it's not morning where I am...

Pumpkin margaritas and pumpkin martinis are currently the rage up here these days, Stu, although I've never tried one.
Very appropriate for today!

I'm certain I can whip up a pumpkin marg and marty. I'll strain the pulp from the juice and add the juice to the drinks. With the martini, we'll use vodka, pumpkin juice and maybe a little pumpkin pie spice.

Having enjoyed the pumpkin marg, I'll try the pumpkin marty now!
Oh, and a chocolate martini -- they're the best!

Maybe I'll start a new SHAKES tradition, the Sunday afternoon, Marg and Marty hour.

Thanks Stu, I missed that ! It looks like both you and Semi are about to hit a milestone yourselves! Marg and Marty hour sounds great! My g/f likes Red Apple Martinis, although they're too sweet for me. I do admit to liking key lime martinis though.

Marg Helgenberger is quite sexy. I'll have a Stella Artois to go with my Belgian chocolate...

Congratulations, Cobalt Kid. I remember when you used to be behind me - of course that was a long time ago. Well done.

Toasts to everyone on their milestones!
You know, I tried to make one of those pumpkin drinks once, but it was too much trouble cramming them into the blender.

Oooh, STU, I haven't had a Stella for some time now. They used to have it on tap on a bar I went to be recently replaced it with, IIRC, Sam Adams.

Leave the martinis to me and SHAKES, Miner. That's why we're here - so you can turn your awesome brainpower to those pursuits most likely to benefit mankind, and er... bugkind?

Sensible as always, Semi.
Fortunately, things are quiet tonight, so I can turn my awesome brainpower towards enjoying the next round.

I had my first one in London, when I was visiting fellow Legion fan (and DCMBer), Terence. Another good Belgian beer is Delirium Tremens. Gotta love that name!
