This debate is largely a free for all, and posters should feel free to ask either general questions directed to every candidate or ones directed to more specific candidates. Candidates may respond to one another's points, and may ask one another questions as well.

I hearby declare my intention to run for leader.

As leader I promise that Cobie will practice safe sex, thereby reducing the number of super-villians we face.
Also as one of the more inane posters, what could possibly go wrong with me as leader?

Dedman, if elected leader, will you make Fortress McMurrayopolis the summer capital of Legion World?

What is your opinion on the proposed move of the LMB Academy to Greg Evignan Island, and letting the Space Knights Templar take over the training of potential LMBers?

In one lifetime, Mayavale was known as "Adiaen Block", and spent some time as a fur trader and explorer in what you today call the Northeastern United States. One day, I set shore on a large island, and noticed the distinctive red soil of the island. So I named it "Roode Eylandt", or, as you might say, "Red Island".

Years later, the name of the island was applied to the whole region of land that became the state of "Rhode Island". I don't understand why, exactly, but I'm certain it was part of a plot to discredit and injure me.

While moving the LMB Academy thus is a great idea and firmly has our support, I believe that an exploratory committee should be formed as to whom is best suited to take up the training of our young LMBers.

Let me assure all of Legion World, however, that I believe the children are the future! Let us teach them well, and let them lead the way! In so douing, we shall show them all the beauty they posess inside. Oh, and give them a sense of pride to make it easier.

Everyone knows that coddling children is a sure-fire way to lose Cobalt Kid's vote! I say we throw the children to the lions and only the ones prophecized to be great warriors will survive! Any candidate that wants to that will get my vote!

I'm not sure if I should respond to questions asked prior to becoming a candidate, but, in the declaration thread, Cobie asked: What cool gadget will you make standard issue for LMBers in the field?

Rope.

Even the amazing powers of my fellow LMBers may benefit from a good 50 foot length of rope, and if you review any of the LMB adventures, you will surely see many instances were rope could have been an asset. Of course, this will be very high tech rope and I am negotiating with the wizard set to imbue it with magical powers.
