Miss T. Adds Journo to Her LW Contributions By Trysexual Girl Glamorous career woman, Miss Terious, has donned another hat, that of publisher. In addition to her fundraising work with the satellite hospital, Medicus Two, and her newly appointed position as the political ambassador to the Alt-ID community, Misty has begun publishing the LMB Comet daily news. "I felt that this would serve to highlight the MMB and help explain the sometimes confusing antics that can occur there," explained Miss T. She added, "the staff is pretty limited at this time but I'm looking forward to the public's reaction." Aspiring journos please apply within the offices.

Cafe Cramer Wins Advisor's Contest by Trysexual Girl Cafe Cramer, a longstanding and venerable tradition of Legion World, has won MLLASH's Get Your Thread Highlighted for a Day Contest. Lash openly admitted to using his advisorial powers in a masturbatory fashion. "Hey, if it feels good, do it," Lash was heard to say. The contestants were required to amuse Lash with an anecdote in order to submit a thread for consideration. The Cafe thread was actually sponsored by contest winner, Princess Crujectra, Legion World's noted retroactive founder. The Princess submitted a story from her oft-envied private life about how an innocently improper encounter with a stranger led to workplace comedy at the Psyonian embassy. The Cafe will be highlighted all day. Please do stop in and enjoy this opportunity.

Hmmm Maybe I could contribute something here?
Maybe a daily report on the activities of the Legion World Security Force (public relations is a traditional role for the deputy chief of any large metro police agency, and since the security chief is more interested in private relations...)
Truth and Justice shall Prevail! (Cobie, I promise I won't repeat the Jailbait Lass rumors! Honest! I won't mention a word about you and her getting caught in the supply closet playing hide the chief's sausage. Nope not a word about that shall pass my lips!))

Many LMBers have already announced their escorts, including: Pagan Lass who will be escorted by Cobalt Kid Princess Crujectra who will be escorted by Loser Lad and HighPriestessViviane who will be escorted by Future. Everyone is welcome and refreshments will be provided by Cafe Cramer and SHAKES. Let's shurg the night away!

Can I clarify one point - the election ends tonight, but the actual Handover (presuming we don't need a run-off...) is on Thursday

KID PRIME DEFEATS TRUMAN!
by Eryk Davis Ester, Editor-in-Chief
Kid Prime, longstanding member of the Legion of Message Board Posters and prominent citizen of Legion World, will take over the reigns of the LMBP in an innauguration ceremony scheduled for Thursday, September 30, 2004. Affectionately known by his fellow LMBers as "Kippers", Kid Prime won slightly less than a majority of the votes cast, in a massive field of no less than 14 candidates. Turn-out in this election was a record high of 56 votes.
Elections for leader are a long-standing tradition of the LMBP, dating back to their first year, and Kid Prime himself was the key figure in re-instituting this tradition upon the foundation of Legion World. While never having held office in the LMBP himself, Kippers has nonetheless been a major "behind the scenes" player in various elections on Legion World, and his political acumen is quite legendary.
Serving in the role of Deputy Leader for the coming term is The Boy with Ultra-Powers, himself a former leader of the LMBP. Kid Prime and TBWUP campaigned together on a very popular platform promising, among other things, a plethora of pictures of TBWUP, a promise which proved quite popular with many citizens of Legion World.
Coming in a solid third was Portfolio Boy, a perennial candidate who, despite a solid campaign platform, never quite gained ground against the Kid Prime-TBWUP machine.
Perhaps the most fascinating aspect of this election was the plethora of less-prominent and newer posters who entered the fray. Rounding out the rest of the field were HighPriestessVivienne, Actor Lad, Creativity Kid, rdstr2, Thora, Comet King, Valor the M'Onel, TiJulk MrAsz, Koko, Computo Jr., and Sir Prize. The raw number and diversity of candidates likely explains the large turnout for the election.
The Comet expresses it's appreciation to all who ran, and extends its congratulations to the new leadership of the LMBP.

Ask MLLASH, I'm a plus-size girl and I'm afraid my boyfriend will dump me because of my voluptuosity. Sometimes I overhear his friends making jokes at my expense. My boyfriend is heavyset, himself, but I don't judge him because of it. Please help! -- Heavy Hearted

NOTORIOUS, OCCASIONAL LURKER SPOTTED! by Future, freelance writer
Bits o' Legionnaire Business forum - One of Legion World's most reclusive lurkers, Grendel, was spotted Thursday evening on the Bits forum.
His presence was first spotted by MLLASH, Legion World's most beloved poster. "I saw he was there and quickly reported the sighting to the 'Statue of Grendel' thread in the MMB!" says Lash.
Eryk Davis Ester, the staunchest supporter in trying to get lurker Grendel to make an actual post, quickly headed a search to garner the poster's attention. He even started an off-topic thread in Bits to get his attention, but to no avail.
The Shoutbox proved equally futile, as Lash and Eryk tried every method of contact possible. It is common knowledge that Grendel has his Private Message function turned off.
Eryk and several Grendel followers continued posting to the Grendel threads in the combined thirty minutes he was on Legion World, but the bumping did no good. "*Sigh*! I feel I've done all I can do! It's all up to Grendel now!" said Eryk Davis Ester.
"I wish I could talk to Grendel." bemoaned HighPriestessVivianne, one of the LMB's best finds of 2004.
His visit logged on September 23rd, 2004 only showed him on the Bits forum, bringing many rumors of his abusing LegionWorld.net for its artists/writers. HighPriestessVivianne quips, "He's pumping Legionworld for it's talent and he doesn't even compliment our fine artist."
Grendel can currently be found, in real life, in Indianopolis. He has made no posts and has been sighted three times since registering in October of 2003.

My Sister and I
By Morgause
War. What is it good for?
Absolutely everything.
This evening, I went to my eldest sister’s island. Actually I went right outside; she has banned me from Avalon. I let her know that I shall no longer be her rug. I shall not tolerate what she has done to me in the past. I declared war on the little b*!ch.
She will no longer strive in her ways of the Mother Goddess. I shall destroy her and all she holds dear. Never again shall she look upon me as if I were a weakling, I shall stand up. Rise above her and prove myself with a triumph over our war!
Down with the Lady of the Lake, destroy the High Priestess and her Avalon, annihilate Viviane!

Welcome aboard, Kid. The Comet's primary objective is to attract people to the MMB. ANYTHING you would find in a newspaper is worthy to contribute, whether that is an article about Legion World or its LMBers, satirized classifieds and adverts, columns & features, etc. Have fun and open these oft-times exclusive doors to everyone!

Ask MLLASH, I get really nervous whenever I'm on a date and I tend to "freeze up." Guys think I have no personality but I'm really just shy. I'm sure I'd relax more if I ever got asked on a second date. -- Clueless C'lam-ity!

Violent Violet, where have you gone?
Violent Violet, Where have gone. You were just a meek little poster, Where did you go wrong?
You listened, You listened to the voice. Everyone’s sad, Only I can rejoice.
Now hear me, This is where I gloat, I needed your body, So I cut your throat.
Your soul is gone, With the puddle of red. Your soul is gone, Now you are dead.
But your body is used, So do not fear. By the spirit of Morgause, I AM HERE!!!
