You can use your membership here in the album link above.
Click upload.
Verify that it says your log in name. Replace the password it displays with yours (the one there will not be correct).
Click "Browse" and find the image on your hard drive. Then click "I agree with the rules." And you're done.
Then to diplay it in your post, right click on the picture. Go down and click on "Properties." From there highlight and copy the Address: (URL). Place said address between these tags [IMG][/IMG].
