Hey, if you're gonna know what I'm wearing, you might as well know what I'm eating.

I'm having garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Not the most healthful meal, I know... but it sure is darn tasty! laugh

Spinach is good for you, creamed or otherwise.

Me? Tonight I had a massive box of Chinese Buffet takeout.

I ate so much I passed out for 2 hours!

GOD!

I am like, SUCH a TOTAL COW!!!

Today for breakfast, I had 4 BREATH MINTS! *exasperated huff*

At lunch, I had 2 sticks of sugarless gum! *embarassed coo*

During cheerleader practice, I drank not one but TWO bottles of water! *ashamed sigh*

I had to skip diner after all that! *tee hee!* I was SO full!

I just finished a glass of orange juice and a bowl of cinnamon marshmallow Scooby-Doo! cereal with milk. That should tide me over until, oh, 10:00 a.m. or so...

I love spinach. It's a wonder my forearms aren't the size of Popeye's.

And I love Chinese Buffet takeout, especially the ones that have a huge selection with seafood and sushi. The quality's usually only fair, but the selection is great and the prices can't be beat.

There's not a whole helluva lot in my kitchen. It was a choice between some ice cream that's been in the freezer for way too long (and is consequently gummy and gross) or more cereal.

*sigh*

Freedom muffins, toasted.

(They used to be "English muffins" around here. I got so pissed off, however, at the idiots who changed the names of "French toast" and "French fries," due to the recent war, that I decided a turnabout on the Land of the Labour Party Poodle was fair play. ... No aspersions are cast here on our British Legion-fan friends. It's Tony Blair I can't stand, not any of you.)

Mercifully, the in-laws are cooking tonight for my brother-in-law's birthday, so it's chicken and dumplings for me tonight. I wouldn't have touched the stuff as a kid, but now I know better: them's good eatin'. I have to say I always like dinner with my wife's folks; my mother-in-law sets a fine table.

Hey Matt (matlock) -- I love grits (especially with cheese) and chicken and dumplings! Too bad I'm not able to have 'em more often... laugh

Hey Matt (tbwUP) -- Sorry to hear you're feeling sick. frown Hope you're feeling better soon! smile

I had two slices of pizza for dinner, followed by half a box of Goobers and some Mountain Dew (original).

A very tasty, overstuffed carnitas burrito and a mango-orange Nantucket Nectar.

(But I'm craving a Sonic Drive-In corn dog -- I even have coupon from their anniversary "Peel A Present" give-away for a free one...)

Oatmeal with raisins. My favorite. Seriously, I could eat this three times a day. I even grind my own oats. (Not to be confused with tooting my own horn.)
