They do appear to be happening quicker. I told the Eye to help us get to where we need to go and it seems it is speeding us up on whatever path we are on. As to why....that I can not explain.

At the same moment, the sphere in which they were traveling completely disappeared from around them and the four companions are unceremoniuosly dropped above a small, desolate asteroid circling a bright shining star.

It is as reported earlier. This sentinent has been changed. No longer does he wield the forces of magnetism although they still are a part of what he does. He is now like an energy sponge. He is able to draw or drain energy from power sources in his vicinity and make use of it as he wishes.
