Note: Though characters can try, please don't have them succeed in curing Zombie Lardy! If anything, they should be pretty much convinced that he's beyond saving and that all his humanity has gone after the attempt. Remember, he's already eaten someone's brains! I've had a twist in mind since the idea came across...if you reread carefully, you may be able to spot it!

Well, sure--after you fail to cure him, at least!

So...anyone wanna guess how I'm gonna get Lardy out of this particular predicament before I unveil it?

Who Cares? As soon as you find a way to wiggle your fat zombie butt out of the asteroid, I'll just slap your stupid zombie head in and lock you up again.
I'd try to cure you but frankly you're smarter and more likable this way than you normally are...

So I'll be away from a computer until next Monday pretty much, unless I can figure out how to post from my new TREO 750. So everyone enjoy keeping things rolling!
We can assume that Cobalt has begun to search for Varalent with Rex and I'll get to that upon my return.

New roleplay. So far... --) Vee was attacked and is now missing. Rex Vir...something, Cobalt Kid and Bob the Cat are going in search of him. --) Rockhopper Lad, Hrun the Barbarian and the Royal Inquisitor are on The Path leading... to a castle thing, I think? Everyday Girl, My Wee Fem and Jailbait Lass have gone to help them, since they're apparently heading for a trap. --) The Five Faces of Death have been revealed to be The Computer Tyrant (formerly Hugemanbreasts/Clive, LardLad's robot), Slim, Shenu, The Empress (formerly Frio/Empress Frio) and Magistrate Angra Metternich. --) On the "untamed streets" the "unnamed civilians" are being attacked by armies of zombies on the ground and Supergirl robots in the skies. The LMB is trying to mount an attack against them... --) And the newly elected LMB Leader (me) is attempting to "assemble the troops" to defend Legion World and, like, beat up the Five Faces. Or something.
I think I hit all the high points. Tried anyway. Feel free to jump in if you like, Sharky-- the assemblage and untamed streets threads are pretty easy to break into.

Jump in Sharky! Anywhere you like! If you want, you can join myself and Rex Veridian in the 'Search for Varalent'! Not that I have any idea where that will go, but I'm sure it'll involve us looking hella-awesome!

Okay, I am now officially sick of Zombies and Supergirl Robots! But apparently they can never be defeated, never, there are always three times as many of them waiting behind the next bush.
How many different ways must we defeat the same stupid menaces only to have them brought right back as if the previous posts didn't exist?
If someone out there has a definite plan as to where he wants to take these storylines, it needs to be shared with everyone participating.
Just an Old, Broke-Down, Drunk, Bum!!

I've actually already lost interest in the tag team. I'm not a fan of random slaughter of enemies (even zombies), and our tag teams do seem to get repetitive. If we ever get around to a finale, I might jump back in.

Well, I know Helena's almost taken care of the Superirl robots. Not so sure about the zombies.
Part of the reason I had Cali go to the Ice City instead of The Path was an attempt to move things toward the final face off between LMB and the Five Faces of Death.
Hopefully things will wrap up soon. I agree-- the repetition of it all is starting to grate.

If we do something like this again, I would like to see a handful of people come up with a general outline of what the action is going to entail. I think there usually is a general idea, but it's not commonly known, so anyone participating just stumbles along unless they have something different to contribute. If there was a little structure to it, then people could play along without worrying about spoiling someone else's plans.

Guess this is all my fault, y'all. I was thinking the Path/Tower thing was going to have a Helm's Deep (from LotR)-type vibe. If anyone said they were sick of zombies and Supergirl Robots, I would've backed off. Sorry! (I thought everyone loved zombies and Supergirl Robots! ) Anyhow, I'll get rid of them! But I've just been making it up as I go along, too, believe it or not!

Hi again, guys! I hope you liked how I wrote off the zombies and Supergirl robots! Anyhow, I've just figured out how I want to end the Computer Tyrant's (and Lardy's) arc(s) in FFoD, so I wanted to give you all a heads up on it. This week, I will be moving forward with the CT's takeover of all of Legion World's tech to the point where all of it's artificial life support, atmospheric controls, etc. will be compromised. As some of you may have noticed, I recently introduced into the story an element wherein Lardy engulfed himself in the Lard Force (in order to cure himself of the zombie virus) to such a degree that he experienced a complicated prophetic vision that revealed to him some of what is apparently to come in this saga, including, most importantly to him, the death of Caliente. Having thought about it (since I made it all up on the fly! ), I've figured out what I want to do with this arc and how it ties into my "Faces" villain, the Computer Tyrant. So when the Tyrant's plans threaten Legion World this week, please allow Lardy to take the lead. As he's "seen" it happen, he knows how to solve that particular crisis. Lardy will formulate a plan and ask some of you to help. I think in the end it will be very dramatic and a nice end to that part of the story. To be clear, this will resolve only my character arcs in the story and shouldn't directly influence what happens to Slim, Shenu, Empress or Metternich. So don't feel that I'm editorializing the whole saga. I just know how I want the elements I've contributed to the story to end, and I'm hoping you will enjoy it! Hope this is okay with everyone--let me know if I'm outta line! I may be PMing some of you with specifics about the Lardy/CT resolution, btw. I don't know if my whole arc will conclude this week or not, but it will definitely begin to unravel this week at the very least. That shouldn't dictate the other arcs concluding simultaneously (unless it works out that way, of course).
