Sentients,
In my carefully considered opinion there are several wonderful choices available already, however, the person I want to see run is Harbinger.

Truth and Justice shall Prevail! (Watching the Harbi/FC race will be Hilarious) I decline the race, if only because watching me run is like watching two cats fight in a bag and I'll end up with black eyes Thought I'd say that before Numf!
Legion Worlds NINE - wait, there's even more ongoing amazing adventures? Yup, and you'll only find them in the Bits o' Legionnaire Business Forum.

Thought I'd say that before Numf! Just so we're clear, are you declining the nomination for leadership, or just saying that you don't want to run around in public?

I'd like to decline, but I prefer to be disqualified for hygiene issues. I want to quell the rabid Reep-tsunami that I know is just about to break loose in the streets. Wait, that might be a seething lynch mob. Get in line, you dinks! Take a number! Rabid, seething. Easy mistake. They do smell kinda the same. Like sandalwood with a hint of urine. Well, a bit more than a hint. To finalize my disqualification, my non-campaign slogan: "If you don't vote for Reep, you won't be disappointed, appalled, or shrieking in your sleep. Reep: In your heart, he's an embolism."

Since my nominated candidate declined, I would like to make a second nomination for Kid Prime.
This whole leader business was his initiative originally, wasn't it?

Aww, Cramey, you're the best! (((((((((((((((Fat Cramer)))))))))))))))) After thinking, since it looks like Eryk's gonna stick to his guns and decline this time around, I'm gonna go ahead and re-nominate in line with my previous post in support of MLLASH's nomination of Fat Cramer! You go, girl!!! (Come to think of it, why is it that I ALWAYS nominate the people who nominate me...)

I'd like to second the nomination for Cobalt Kid. He's my boss. He signs my paycheck. Besides, I might get promoted higher in the administration if he gets in since I've done sucj a stellar job doing, um, whatever it is I do at the office every day.

Honesty demands that I request a revision in my election status from the bureaucratic gobbledygook of "disqualified" to the more forthright and plainspoken "unfit, inept, and aggressively unemployable."
I think it's important that it be in accord with my college diploma.
And, I might mention, my horoscope.

I see the timid Thriftshop Debutante and Harbinger have elected not to run against their male masters. Not surprising. These two are as content as overfed, pampered poodles.
I am happy to see that Fat Cramer has seen fit to hurl the shackles of oppression to the floor and rise up to shout, "I SHALL DEFEAT YOU FOR I AM FEMALE!"
She has earned my respect in the past as well as this fourth nomination!

I'll politely decline. As I noted on the last go-round: Those who want to have fun with this should do so, but I've come to believe that such an election isn't really appropriate or needed for a message-board community. ... Other reasons exist, but that one is enough.
