Space Ranger dead????

Too bad. I'll miss seeing him at Shakes.

Well I feel as If I must say a few private words, before I deliver the message from the Court.

Space Ranger and I never met; his interplanetary missions often took him away from Legion World at those times I was free to attend. Yet his reputation preceded him, he was always fighting for Truth and Justice, Ranger was a fine noble and honest policeman. The respect and esteem he was held in by those on Legion World whom I respect and whose opinions I value is obvious to all. He will be sadly missed and his voice, which was heard often in these halls, shall fall silent.


Now a message from the Court.

“It is with great sadness that We learn of your loss. Space Ranger was a valiant law officer and he shall be greatly missed. Our Royal sympathy is with you and rest assured the constabulary of my realm shall offer all assistance in tracking down the perpetrators of this heinous crime”

We offer our condolences and hopes for the future.

Yes brilliant, funerals are an ideal place to manipulate emotions for a quick strike.

Hey Ev-Girl... go put some moves on the Rhodium Rascal. Don't worry I've been informed that the age of consent here is fourteen. I think Cobie achieved that mental age in the last week or so.

Ohmygod, I'm like the Assistant Chief of Security for Legion World, and he's Chief of Security, so I'm like totally sure that there are some workplace rules against fraternization, or some such junk like that.

So, in other words, No Way Jose.

I'm almost certain that there are no rules about anything at the Security Office.

But that said, you probably have the right frame of mind.

Let's not forget that I wrote all the rules there--and usually did it with the intentions of making Space Ranger hide his chuckling...

Just remember that I'm the Space Ranger's Great-Niece and I was his second closest confidante (Next to Miss Emerald Empress, Lord Rest Her Soul) so I know all the little things he chuckled about...

I'll have to ask Tamper Lad and his alter-ego about it. If we break the Chinese wall between our brains I'm sure we can figure it out to my advantage.

You shouldn't be any more concerned than I am. The Security Office doesn't release that kind of information except on a "need to know" basis and with proper authorizations and junk.

And NO, Mr. LAM, being overly curious does not constitute a "Need to Know." So don't bother askin' 'cause I ain't tellin'.
