Hey, if it was up to me, I’d lock Lonestar Ranger in Takron-Galtos for a couple of years! I don’t like him at all and I never would grant him amnesty. But it’s not up to me to make such decisions…
Apparently, he helped out some LMBers during the Invasion, and then LardLad was able to clear him of any charges for crimes he may have personally committed during the Invasion. He’s requested sanctuary here on Legion World because the whole of the Dark Oval Empire are out to kill him. The minute he commits a crime, I have no doubt Matlock or Abin will haul him in.
But tell me about these other sectors…if they’re enemies of the UP, this might be useful information…

Takron-Galtos is exactly where that miscreant belongs.
He's wanted in the Beta-Hydrea Sector for questioning about the kidnapping and murder of the President of the planet Luminax.
He's wanted in several Gil'Dishpan worlds for terrorist activities. No, the Gil'Dishpan aren't the UP's best friends but they are at least neutral allies.
And, he's wanted on Thanagar for extortion.
Doesn't the Security Office keep in touch with other police organizations anymore?
Space Ranger must be spinning in his grave knowing that he had to leave you two and your motley crew in charge of the organization that he and I started so many years ago.
