Now see here Concord, but the President of the planet Luminax is alive and well, and was recently in the news donating hundreds of millions of erglocks to the UP Poor Children's Fund. How can you possibly say he's alive? I had dinner with him no less than two months ago with Crujeckie.

You really are a fool aren't you?
Allbright was elected just last year. The man he replaced, Benelight, was kidnapped and murdered.
Hopefully, you do a better job servicing the high and mighty Princess Crujectra, than you do protecting Legion World.

There is far less Iron than water in the human body but to someone with my abilities... Gary Concord, this just seems like sour grapes because PB got the better of you. Get it? Gary Concord? Sour Grapes? Hahahahahahahahaha. I just crack myself up.

Man, this "Gary Concord, the Ultra Man" is, like, a buzzkill, y'know?
Maybe we should introduce him to Gladys the sentient disco ball, hmm?

I think I actually understood that, PB.
Anyway, it's easy to see how Mr. Concord lost the cover spot in All-American Comics.

Didn't you read in the Security Office thread that my dear fiancee put a Fidelity Charm on me? I can't cheat on her! So I didn't do the deed with (and so certainly couldn't have impregnated) her, and I, therefore, have no need to "pawn her off"! So THERE!

With all due respect to the poor unfortunate by-stander that you insist on demeaning as if she were just a slab of flesh on the counter of a butchers shop. No, I am not particularly attracted to sentient disco balls nor do I believe that a life form that communicates via pulsed light bursts can effectively convey either aquiescence or rejection of sexual advances to a fat tub of drunken lard who barely comprehends his race's spoken language.
Therefore one of my first acts after I regain my rightful position as Security Chief will be to bring you up on charges of Sexual Assault in reference to this incident.

Right...First off noone here see's Gladys as little more then a slab of flesh. We see her for what she is...Which, it appears, is mostly styromfoam and bits of glass.
but thats not the point.
The Point is that you Sir are stepping on more then a few toes. Watch yourself or you will force my hand. You have been warned.

Aha! So Gary has revealed his goal!
Security chief!
Do we really need a stickler for rules? Someone who actually espouses an understanding of right and wrong? Someone who bothers with things like "translation" for the unvocal?
Can you imagine time-honored Security Office traditions like drunken debauchery and the siring of evil offspring to be allowed under such circumstances? Can you?
Haven't we gotten along well enough without discipline and competence? Are we the LMBP or are we Khunds, my fellow gentlebeings?
Clearly, a call for enforced rules and decency strikes at the very heart of the traditions Cobaltus himself vested in this very department!

I do believe that statement constitutes a threat.
Is it now LMBP Policy that the Elected Leadership must be kowtowed to, and coddled by mindless sheep singing their praises?
How very Cobaltian.
Freedom of Speach was one of the gaurantees in the Legion World Charter and the LMBP Constitution that I swore to uphold when I was Security Chief.
Perhaps things have changed more than I thought.
But, either way my response is the same; "Stick It, Joe-Boy."

I have a new theory! Gary and Cobaltus are clones of each other, or at least long-lost brothers! Both have magnetic powers and big egos! Neither one can spell! Man, you really need the cliff-notes Concord for what goes on at the Security Office these days. I’m no longer the Sole Security Chief for life as in the past. The Security Office now has two co-Chiefs, Matlock and Abin, who run it. And there is a committee to ensure that things are done properly that I Chair, overseeing the office. I’m not involved in day to day stuff anymore, unless its to lend a hand. And Rockhopper Lad, as Deputy leader of the LMB, serves on the Committee. There’s simply no way that a person can become Security Chief and run Legion World with an iron fist—which is apparently what you want to do.
And I won’t allow myself to be insulted—I had a fantastic run as Security Chief, and accomplished a lot. My personal life may have been in shambles for years, but I always took the job very seriously and brought in all the major criminals on Legion World many times.
And I remember helping write the LMB constitution and you weren’t there. But there is a clause in there somewhere that stipulates that the LMB leader can punch people in the face to show the rest of the membership not to fool around (aka the Invisible Kid clause) so I’d watch what you say to JoeBoy…

Lets leave the fact that I can punch said face into orbit out of the picture shall we? *powers down* Still....I am getting....Testy.

I can't even joke about how it would be funny to take Ultra Man out back and shoot him in the head without being taken out of context and called a monster or something!

Apparently, you have done more damage than I realized...
The constitution now contains a clause which allows the LMBP Leader to "Punch Out" whomever he or she feels like in order to enforce his or her authority.
Who wrote that in? Gee, let me guess...
How Cobaltian can you get?

Gary, when enough unmitigated orangatangs show up full of piss and vinegar, you get tired of orangatangs, and need measures to deal with them.
Pleasenote that I am not calling you an orangatang. Orangatangs are generally more worthwhile beings to associate with.
