Jeepers, Lou, can't you make a female alt and honor LMB tradition when you do it Vu--glad to hear you're honored! You seemed like a great candidate! Of course, I figure it'll take the whole council to keep us from strangling each other DB- Reboot has been around, but hes having computer trouble, which is why this was done so much with PMs. I have to commend his efforts. That Chip in the Head stuff was all him too, by the way, and Ill give credit where credit is due (I know, Im feeling particulurly generous today ) I'm personally considering adding an alternate future clause with Disaster Boy the official in charge of watching them...

Vu, I see this as a decision that can only be made by the entire LMB at large, since it would essentially kill/criple a fellow LMBer. This is the most extreme thing that can be done, and I don't foresee it ever happening. (Psst--there won't ever be a 'Dark Cobie Saga'...I'm too arrogant to retread that )

Current Discussions
- Powers of the LMB Leader-- Kid Prime is going to post a coherent article together, using our previous conversation in this thread and we'll discuss it from there.
- Security Office-- Reboot and Cobalt Kid's article has been widely looked on favorably, although with not much debate. Is this issue finished? I think Kid Prime might want to weigh in more.
- LMB Theme Song-- currently several options. What should we do? Open a poll and vote? Any more nominations?
- Kid Prime's New Ideas-- currently waiting for Jeff to give some insight on what he had in mind.
Once we move on past all of these (and it looks like we're almost there with all of them), there are some other issues we can get to. I really don't think I have much to say on any of the current topics as they stand now (I will, of course, on the last one when Jeff posts, but I'm sure he's busy and we owe it too him to be patient).
So, what should our next step be for LMB Song? Poll in the Voting forum, with a slot open for write in votes?

Note that though chip-in-the-head technology has been prohibited, the Ch'p-in-the-head technology of Greg Evigan Island is in the last phases of development!

Is that the same technology that your army pulled from the mummified body of Ch'p the Rodent Green Lantern?

Jeepers! To bad we haven't finished it yet; it would probably be really useful in finding me when I'm missing and stuff!

A thread with the word constitution on a board Tamper Lad hangs on. Um, you guys know what you unleased, eh? Forty-four pages? Gawd you're a windbag TL.
I'll save this thread for those can't get to sleep nights. TL's always been good for something at least.

It should prove particulurly useful in pleasing the small, but vocal, rodent minority around here!
This convention is so important that members in space and among the missing are still allowed to participate--like a Maxi-series that exists on the outskirts of its own continuity!

Perhaps we should wrap up that whole Monitor Saga that's been limping along before we resume the Constitution proceedings

Those are private armies of EDE, Greybird and myself, which is why they aren't allowed on Legion World! So does that also apply to my army of Brads and porcupines? The Brads aren't really an army per se but they are infinate in number and the porcupines did serve as a sort of army during the whole whacking incident. I'd hate to have to keep them permanently in the Palace. The porcupines would keep pricking the Brads and the Brads would keep getting baby oil all over the porcupines and it'd be all one big disater (but probably with HIL-arious results in a sitcom styl-ee).

Mr. Chair,
Point of personal privilege: Ch'p is a rodent. He is clearly an anthropomorphic chipmunk a small north american rodent which is described by the following taxonomy.
Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Chordata Class: Mammalia Order: Rodentia Family: Sciuridae Genus: Tamias NOT a racoon which is:
Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Chordata Class: Mammalia Order: Carnivora Family: Procyonidae Genus: Procyon Species: P. lotor
Now if the chair would indulge me and grant me 5000 words I will present a quick summary of the comparative anatomy of the two species.

NB: This post is temporally asynchronous with events of the Monitor Saga Originally posted by Cobalt Kid: Chip in Head Technology As an aside, Reboot and Cobalt Kid have come to a formal understanding. The ‘Chip in Head’ technology, created by the Royal Inquisitor and the Red Bee, but recently has been confiscated by the Office of Security for other uses. This agreement states that all ‘Chip in Head’ technology is to be destroyed and the Office of Security shall no longer use it to monitor potential enemies of Legion World and the LMB. This will help further the cause of a mutually agreeable Cobalt Kid/Reboot alliance in helping reshape the Office of Security. Originally posted by Cobalt Kid: Reboot has been around, but hes having computer trouble, which is why this was done so much with PMs. I have to commend his efforts. That Chip in the Head stuff was all him too, by the way, and Ill give credit where credit is due (I know, Im feeling particulurly generous today )BTW - didn't we agree that you'd finally own up to creating that tech as part of the decommissioning process?

Actually, I'm pretty certain he started out as a squirrel, and was retconned to a chipmunk after Crisis...

What's wrong with having a private army? They're all the rage lately, everybody who's anybody hires a band of mercenaries for their own nefarious purposes these days. In the long run they're cheaper than henchmen and in the short run they can be extremely decorative and useful for all sorts of macho type housekeeping tasks. Ever need someone to open a jar of peanut butter or throw photographers out of your flower beds? Do you sometimes need somebody to decimate the competition or just look great in a swimsuit at a garden party? I used to do all the recruiting and training myself but ever since 3G got the idea that hired thugs could be useful business allies it's been all wine and cheese and MY hands stay clean and I ALWAYS have an alibi. ...but ya gotta let me know if you need the Red Army a bit in advance, they're usually dispatched out on some kind of super duper uber secret corporate espionage missions for triple G unless they get summoned to gather for one of those doom and destruction missions. Life IS good

I agree the economics of henchmen has not been the same since they unionized and got full dental and long-term-disability benefits. We tried to clawback their pensions during the last CBA negotiations but no dice. Since they have such favorable severance terms, I've been reducing my henchman using techniques from my book. "Getting Rid of Surplus Employees in a Union Environment the Evil Genius Way." My non-union mercenaries have generally used Chapter 4 "Shoot Them in the Back and Blame Friendly Fire Deaths on the Fog of War"
